They won't make me Jarl, so I became a builder.

Just saw this.

? Choose Your Land - Choose from property in the salt marshes of Hjaalmarch, the forests of Falkreath, or the vast tundra of The Pale. For the more ambitious landowner, purchase multiple plots and start building a real estate empire.

Now not only that most probably we get only the Nordic building theme even this one.
DISAPPOINTING.

It's called a contract. Bethesda can't just say "Screw you, Microsoft, this is going to everybody!" The MS Exclusive isn't new news, and if Hearthfire counts as DLC, then it will be the final XBOX Exclusive DLC for Skyrim. Personally, I'm glad this second one sounds like a pretty minor thing. It'll save a lot of butt-hurt whining when the next BIG expansion comes out and can be released on all platforms simultaneously. I can just imagine if Hearthfire was what everyone hyped it up to be, and then get the news that it's the next 30-Day Exclusive for Microsoft.

Feel free not to buy any more Bethesda products, though, because we all know you will.

I will not! Bethesda has still not been able to make games for the Ps3. All their games freeze and unplayable...Fallou3 Goty, NW, Skyrim..etc.

I say this, they made my favorites!

i think this looks like a good bit of dlc. Its cheap, really adds to roleplaying. The fact you have to collect the materials and actually craft your home brings something to the game, and will also be the main reason for not being able to have varied styles of design. Most likely, houses that are designed by the other races will take into account the local materials from its country of origin. In regards to adoption, i'm not sure i care about children of other races, i can take it or leave it. All in all i will have lots of fun creating a home that will grow over time and will be fun to roleplay with aiiiighhhht

Does anyone notice that it only says it will be released for Xbox?

It is an advert for the Xbox 360 version, so yes it is only going to mention the Xbox 360 version, same as the Dawnguard trailer did.

$5 for the ability to build custom houses and form an actual family.

It's pretty much a nice, cheap RPer's wet dream.

I think that once you have something to protect yourself with, should be enough. Just like it to be pretty and how I wish it to look like, though.
