I'm really trying to get into MIT, so I'll have to be really dedicated. On top of that, I have to teach myself trigonometry and calculus so I'll be ready for college math (thanks, crappy sophomore education).
Summers are kind of locked up too because I'm looking into summer programs at MIT and Harvard. And eventually (if I get lucky), summer internships at CERN in Geneva.
Maybe in 10 years I'll be working on the Large Hadron Collider!
After hanging out on the forums, it does make me want to play a little. Maybe I'll fire up the old PC tomorrow.
Maybe I'll skip over my usual routine of checking all of my mods for updates (does anyone else do that?) and just try to get back into the game and enjoy myself.
Less time = Less gaming. Easy as that. I'm in the middle of one of these equations at the moment- I have three jobs and am going to school full time. No room for gaming except little online games here and there. The older you get, the more responsibilities you have and that makes time a very precious gift.
I envy you people. No swordfencing around where I live, my father had a sword and the mask/gloves. Apparently they did it in highschool when he was a kid. Lucky bastard, all I got was football, and ocasionally rugby.
I do and I don't. I've been chased with a tank of a man weilding a samurai, it was not pleasant I have never ran/jumped/climbed so fast in my life. At the same time I would love to learn a skill like that at some point

Hmm and I thought the scottish favoured using knives...
Just need a change of pace is what I think. I have been spending more time modding Skyrim then playing it for the past 2 months or so. You are not the only one updating all their mods when they start to boot it up. Netted like 250 hours from November until finals week(Early December) though. I am currently at like 300 hours I think lol. Just not into playing for some reason. I played the crap out of Skyward Sword in the Wii though and minute for minute it was MUCH more fun than Skyrim ever was. Now I am back and still not playing Skyrim. I have Assassins Creed Revelations sitting unplayed since Christmas and I have yet to touch any of about 10 games I got on the christmas sale(The entire Total War series and The Witcher 2) on Steam. Zelda was the first game I beat since Two Worlds 2, I think, which was back in July lol.
You may just be burnt out on gaming. When I am having more fun playing COD MW3 at my friends house on his profile (I dont own it...yet) than I am playing TES ( my favorite series other than Zelda) then i think it is time for a break. I have been back to school for less than a month now and I think I went surfing about 12 times. That is a lot in that timeframe. Sometimes you just need to change it up.
Broken bottles arent popular anymore ? Im having trouble keeping up with you Scots.
I haven't seen the gangstars runing with them lately, it's much easier to find a butter knife than it is to smash a bottle. Ever tried smashing a plastic bottle, I can tell you its no joyous task. It's because you're too technologically advanced, slow down!

Its not my countries fault you cant keep up, I was chased by another kid with a pen knife like 8-10 years ago (I dont know if he would actually have stabbed, me but running after me laughing with a knife outstretched I didnt care). We are still behind England though.

I have Skyward Sword too, but I'm not really playing it.
