What! NO HASH BROWNS?

This is just plain stupid. On both the managers/workers and the couple. I eat at McDonalds occasionally and if I did not receive something I ordered I just have to tell them and they're happy to oblige. From the customers standpoint, if they weren't going to get a refund or the actual item use your words and tell them that you are no longer going to be coming to that location. Take your business elsewhere.
