Mythgaard you bring up a good point. A customisable armor would be interesting too.

Why would you need a mod for that? We've already known that Gommorah will have prosttutes who you can bonk. Unless you mean something sixually explicit like, say, animated prostitution?

Yep that's what I'm referring to ;)

Well in all honesty i wouldve said wanderers edition but that is basically the same as hardcoe mode.

The only thing i can think of is something that wasnt made for FO:3 or anything im just really looking forward to fan-made casinos.

Hey, I'll sign on for that, hope to see something special casino wise if the built in's just don't cut it .

Been playing F3 again here past week and loaded up my old mods and here's a short list including
one I just discovered that I'd hope to see ported over.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14508 (sixy Muscle Girl by zomb_killer and Tigersan ) IT's a specific taste don't look if your closed minded.

Various body and armor texture replacers the most famous that I like that comes to mind is Dimons type 3
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4280
and associated clothing packs for Type 3 bodies.

Anthony Lings Coiffure for sure and hopefully his Type3 shop Lings Finer things:
(the mannequins were a GREAT idea MORE!)
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8832

For F3 I use a varity of companion mods that I hope to see similar or of course better in the New Vegas scheme.
Sydney and CLover and Jessi Companion from F3 were and are my favs. I'm sure New vegas will provide new opportunities for
similar tweeks along this vein.

Looking at my list of currently used mods I have about 40 active in Fallout 3. Mostly texture redo-s and additions of weapon types
and some gameplay tweaks that make Fallout 3 far more enjoyable for me.

ANyway, that's the short list for me.

House mod with a storage sorter, either modding the game supplied housing, or a new place that is convienient.

Mod that gives you a choice of the Pre Order bonuses at Character Creation.

UI Mods

With that, I am set.

Fellout and Project Beauty would be my absolute must haves. New hair as well.

Enclave Commander would be nice, but I don't know that I'll want it as much if the power armor styles are all APA and T-51b.

Craftable armor would be cool, as in the mindset of having a layout like 2 shoulders/torso/2thighs/2shins/2feet/2hands/2arms, etc and then applying a piece of "scrap" to one of those areas and having it reflect on the character's Base armor.

for example, if you used a piece of sheet metal on a shoulder of leather armor you'd have a shoulder on the leather armor much like the shoulder that gets added to the armored vault suit.

then based on like ...repair or something, it limits how many areas per armor you can change.

OK, now I'm waiting for what Curate produces. I know that there will be a lot to explore, but opening every house or store front, like DCInteriors has me drooling. I am looking forward to my penthouse suite in NV. I don't know that there is one, but I am hoping that I get a decked out hotel room, to relax in.
TailorMade was mentioned too. I like the ability to build my costume piece by piece.
Anything that adds more music to the local station. There is only so much the devs can put in, but after a few hours, you want to hear something different.
Martigen's Mutant Mod. Especially the tougher traders. I hate the fact that a trader may die, before I even meet them.
I want to create my own Vegas floor show. Send out the show girls and then have the rat pack singing. And wouldn't a FO:NV version of the Blue Man Group be hilarious?

D'oh! I cant believe I forgot UI. Hopefully DarnUI is ported with much haste, while I love DarkDarnUI for Oblivion, DarnUI for Fallout3 is just amazing. DarN really outdid himself on it.

Also, some other types of mods I'll be looking forward to:
Gives NPC's real(ish) names
Adds descriptions and pip boy icons for clutter and trash
More perks
A level cap/skill unlocker
Toasters Robco mod

And, because I am a cheesy, unrealistic wannabe demigod, perks every level. With more perks. Unlocked SPECIAL limitations would be nice as well.

And of course, bottomless bags, because I am an OCD packrat (I never really sell any of it, I might actually need 345 10mm handguns with 3% durability! Not to mention those 3454324 Bent Tin Cans! Those are treasure!). Back to CCNA's post, a good house with a boatload of storage and a sorter will be nice too.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I kept every spork and rolling pin I could find. That is why I am hoping Interiors will have collectibles again. A mini slot machine for a shelf in my room.

I would love to see a proper body replacer, large numbers of clothing/armor varieties (Ling's, etc), weapon mods for any classic guns that didn't make the cut (not sure exactly what is confirmed, but I want my Bozar, G11, M72 and P90c), Fellout weather/skies, and most importantly a return of the original FO2 Childkiller karma hit - if only because I dread running into another Little Lamplight, and having the disadvantages the old perk gave would make for a bit more immersion (being hunted down for your actions, not simply for being high/low karma).

Another group of mods I'm hoping to see:

An expansive system of underground areas. I missed the dev note or whatever that underground (what was the Metro in FO3, probably storm drain/sewer system in NV) areas would be few and totally optional, but it seems to be the case.

I for one really liked the Metros in FO3 (with Martigens Zones Respawn anyway, they were pretty underwhelming unmodded), and hoped to see something similar in NV, so with any luck some of our very talented modders remedy that situation.

I found indoor zones to be an absolute blast, some of the most dangerous areas in the game (that might be because I favor a stealth/range approach, but still). Want mah dungeon crawls!

I don't know if anyone said this one yet...but I'd like to see a mod that allows you to "crucify" people, since CL does it

oh and 19th and 20th century gun mod
