Flails, Whips, and a Dwarven Hand Cannon..

I don't like the idea of cannons/firearms in the world of Skyrim. Also correct me if I'm wrong I don't recal any Dwarven machines with and cannons, and if they did make ahand cannon, I'm sure it would be big, heavy, and funny looking.

I'd love to see throwing weapons make a return, spears, knives, axes and maybe even stars. I loved that in Morrowind, I was a star throwing ninja assassin.

Halberds, javelins, spears, a larger variety of swords and bows (every single bow is a composite recurve, where are the longbows, flat bows, shortbows?). Flails and whips would be pretty sweet too.

Anyone remember the dreugh armor from Morrowind? That was pretty cool gear.
I think it would be really cool if we were able to craft different varieties of fur or wolf armor, but from other creatures like bears and sabre cats. For example, the head would serve as a helmet while the paws would be resting on the shoulders like pauldrons.

I know I've mentioned Morrowind, but I think it serves as an excellent example in a previous game for the amazing diversity of gear. I remember being able to find robes that had armor on them, great for battlemages. We need more variety. Variety is good, it's what keeps players returning to the game year after year.

You know, if they released a massive armor/weapon pack DLC, and by massive I am talking about the Adamantium Pack mod from Oblivion massive which added something like 1200 new pieces of gear, I would pay for it as a console player. And I'm betting a lot of other people would too.

New magic spells & I would love some new swords, bows & shields ect.. some new looks. Spears would be awesome but would be difficult to design. Some spears are throwable and it would be verry unrealistic in my eyes if you had 200 spears in your inventory :P
Or it has to be a spear the spartans used not for throwing but for stabbing / defence with a shield. Or while riding your horse that the long spear would be a stabbing/ramming weapon that would be awesome.

I'd be willing to pay about $15 for that much gear. We wouldn't get that much, but maybe a couple hundred new pieces of equipment would be worth it. Providing it's actually new stuff and not just retextures of Vanilla models.

Cannons are common in Medieval Times.. And true but the Dwarves had made TNT before (Remember those TNT things back in Tribunal?)

I know this is a weapons and armor topic, but I seriously think that they should bring back some more spells and enchantments. There is a reason that people still talk about Morrowind, the complexity of gear and spells, the limitless combinations and builds that could be created. They simplified Skyrim far too much.

I think cannons should only be used in like seiges, and ships wards however. A cool thing they should add is a random city is get attaked by bandits and you have to defend.

That would be cool...

Also, Hand Cannons were used before. Search them up... Some pretty awesome Hand Cannons.. Bad thing about them is they take so long to reload...

If they do add them they should be really powerfull ( more then crossbows) and should take around 15 seconds to reload. It really long time, but it adds seance I heard Crossbows are overpowered, and videos I've sean they don't look to long to reload.

Anything can be overpowered if used correctly... And yeah, maybe longer... Sometimes, reloading a Hand Cannon can take a minute or two in real life, depending on how you have everything set-up, and all... Also, Hand Cannon Ammo should actually have weight due to them actually being very heavy in real life.. (Maybe 10 Pounds at most for one)
