Besides Skyrim, I'm playing Median XL, a superb mod for D2/LOD.

Currently waiting for 15 May 2012 to come around, that day Blizzard releases D3. That will probably take me away from Skyrim for a long time.

But, I have no regrets. Skyrim is a great game, and I have almost 600 hours playtime since release - and currently am playing a permanent level one character which is very enjoyable.

Iam kind of an oldschool gamer, preferring games like

-Legend of Legaia
-Breath of Fire series
-Wild Arms 1+2
-The Legend of Dragoon
-Tes II, III, IV and V
-all Baldurs Gate games
-Warlords Battlecry II and III

over most of the new generation games. They all feel
and look the same, imo.

Lately, aside from Skyrim I've been jumping between Heroes of Might and Magic 2, Final Fantasy Tactics, King's Bounty: Armored Princess, Minecraft, and Sim City 2000.

Currently Mass Effects and SoaSE: Rebellion (4x/RTS strategy game hybrid currently in beta). Usual genres include RPGs, jRPGs, third person shooters and strategy games, but i play pretty much everything. Except fighters, i used to when i was younger, but those don't really interest me anymore  And not Sims either :hehe:

RPG's: Skyrim, Fallout NV, Mass Effect 3
JRPG's: FF7 for life, FFX as well, anything after X including X-2 has been a movie and therefore i dont play them.
MMO's: Dungeons and Dragons online, World of tanks (nothing stops German armor once it starts to move )
FPS's: CoD:MW3, Resident evil ORC, Gears of war 3
Strategy: Command and Conquer 3, Vandal Hearts (I love this game)
Racing: Forza 4
Fighting: Soul Calibur games
Other: Bioshock, Assassins creed

I play games if there fun and can entertain me, ill take breaks and switch between games in my free time. my wife, brother, sister, and 2 best friends tend to play alot of games together, so well usually play something together, hop online and run some raids in DDO, shoot some people in cod, or do some racing. . .usually i only play imersive games like skyrim, fallout, and bioshock when i have some dedicated solo game time, hard to be immersed if people are chatting at you

I play almost every kind of video game, but mostly strategy games, RPGs and FPS games.

Dawn of War and Total War are, IMO, two of the best RTS series around.
It always amazes me how many people consider the Total War games RTS, when they're clearly turn-based strategy games with RTT battles. :P

I play wargames, the grognard kind like War in the Pacific or TOAW. I also enjoy RPG's of the DnD kind, currently reinstalled NWN2 and all its expansions. The games I keep away from are sports sims, though I do like manager games. fight games and FPS's.

TES is the best (Skyrim tops them all)

Call of Duty type games for on line.

Assassins Creed series.

Fallout series (The hoping the next game will have much more vegetation)

Fable series (I actually really like Fable 3. It just had bugs and it needed more content instead of silly little money spinner dlc)

Grand Theft Auto 3 (it is the most realistic and believable of that type of game)

Rage (was great game but too short. Its like it ended half way through the story - hopefully the up and coming dlc will put things right)

Sims (get boring without cheating and is short lived but I love to build and plan things)

Age of Empires series (going back to pc - unfortunately nothing like them yet for a console)

Red Dead Redemption (I find it a bit slow paced at times and I wish the saving was like TES. I hate having to have to go right back to my house everytime. Same for GTA)

Saints Row (I like to mod my cars and people etc)

It's easier for me to say it this way:

I don't like simulations. And I don't like online games unless they're enforced co-op like Left 4 Dead.

Everything else, you name it and I probably like it.

I play just about every game genre. I will play what is good, and if it doesn't give me much fun, I might keep the game unless it suffers from Capcom disease(the disorder in which a game has other versions that aren't GOTY that add stuff the original version doesn't have). I'll just listen my favorites that aren't TES games. I play a ton of old DOS games and tons of old PS2 games, as well as who knows what else.

Deus Ex Human Revolution(many say this is a shooter, I say it is somewhat RPGish, stealth, open ended in choice sort of, shooter, and maybe the game where you wonder why there isn't any windows that aren't broken)
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines(it's based on the World of Darkness tabletop RPG and is basically Deus Ex Human Revolution with clunkier controls and better RPG elements. If you ever try this game out, don't play as a Nosferatu first. It won't go well... Anyway, this game is basically a vampire RPG that has a ton of action game aspects that have nothing to do with combos.)
Red Dead Redemption(It's a Spaghetti Western type of western with a huge world. You even can go to Mexico in the game. Also, horses can help give John a felony for almost committing murder with a horse)
Psychonauts(3D Platformer that is about going into the heads of people. It is one of the best 3D platformers in my mind. Also, the game has some of the most fun things in any game about psychic powers)
Spider-Man 2(Best superhero game of its time as far as superhero games based on movies go. I'm talking about the PS2 version and the other versions of it that were free roam. Biggest problem with it is those stupid children who keep losing balloons...)
Bioshock 1 and 2(Love me some Bioshock. Great gameplay, and great storylines. It's awesomely fun, as well.)
System Shock 1(Haven't played System Shock 2 yet, but 1 is awesome, even if I have yet to beat the game...)
I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream(a game based on the short story of the same name. It's also one of the few games that has an ending that probably says you didn't win the game. It's a click and point adventure game.)
Star Ocean 3(It's one of my favorite Square Enix games. The game does get brutal near the end, though)
Final Fantasy V(I prefer this Final Fantasy game over the rest. It has the most interesting job system, and is more light hearted)
Final Fantasy XII(not the best game in the world, but it's fun)
Rogue Galaxy(Like light sci-fi RPGs like Star Ocean? Here's another good one. It is filled with cliches, but the game is more about the gameplay. It actually does have over 100 hours of content. The claim on the box just didn't say it meant if you play the side content. It has a character I can fully relate to when it comes to love of coffee. Jupas, you are the best coffee addicted blue dino thing ever!)
Kingdom Hearts 1(it's fun and stuffs)
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days(Fun and stuffs)
Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories(GBA version over the PS2 version)
Bayonetta(who doesn't think happy music playing while you kill angels is awesome?)
Devil May Cry 1, 3, and 4(Great battle system, awesome games.)
Silent Hill 1, 2, and 3(do you want me to gush over how much I love this series and would marry a copy of Silent Hill 2? I don't think that should be read... I LOVE SILENT HILL!)
Resident Evil 4(Eh, it's fun.)
Shadowrun for the Genesis(I don't know what I'm doing when playing it, but it must be something cool.)
Sweet Home for the Famicom(possibly the first horror RPG and it's fun and awesome)
Fallout 2
Golden Axe 1, 2 and 3
Phantasy Star 1, 2, and 4
Metroid Prime
Super Metroid
Super Mario Sunshine
Luigi's Mansion
The Sub Machine flash game series(click and point adventure games)
Drakengard(it's so dark it's funny and weird)
The Tekken series(only fighting game series I will bother with)
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Parasite Eve
Suikoden 1 and 3
Okami
Borderlands
Doom
Wolfenstein 3D
Civ 3
Zoo Tycoon 2
Bejeweled 3
The Ratchet and Clank series
The Sly Cooper series
The Jak series
Dragon Warrior
Fallout 3
Fallout New Vegas
Pokemon(main series)
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon(first two)
Animal Crossing Wild World
The World Ends With You
Metal Slug 7
The Lion King for the Genesis
Boogerman
Batman Arkham Asylum
Ultima 7
WipEout(that game where you race spaceship car things)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4
The one BMX game that was a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater clone
The first three Spyro games
Dig Dug
Tenchu
Super Paper Mario
Paper Mario
Brutal Legend
ATV Offroad Fury
Audiosurf
Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires
Tail of the Sun(it's hard to hate... Such an odd game)
Wolf Quest(best educational game ever)
Spy masters Unmask the Prankster(this is a good educational game. It will not work on my Windows 7 computer, which svcks to know... How many educational games let you shoot robots? This one does)
Sonic 3D Blast
Tetris
It'd take forever for me to list all my favorites. Not joking.
