Find a friend that you can move in with, on from highschool. Or maybe an Aunty or Uncle? I know you don't want to hurt your parents but the way they are treating you is disgusting.

I would grab a bunch of things and money and leave. Find a homeless shelter in a nearby town and work from there. At least they hook you up with a bed and you don't rack up a $14 debt per week over unnecessary piss tests - you can do all the drugs you want!

That made me thing, why does he need $14 pee tests, if he's really that poor he has to sleep on the floor, has no mobile, can't get a hair cut, and can't afford the tests himself, where is he going to get the money for drugs.
I think this because I've seen more junkies that have plenty of money to feed the habit and keep those fundamentals.

Though if you are using whatever drugs, I'd probably kick that habit if you are serious about getting a job and moving up in the world

I don't think they are trying to monitor whether or not he is taking drugs I think he might have a health condition that they are keeping track of via piss. Though that's unlikely I think it is more unlikely that he is taking drugs without having money to purchase said drugs. His parents are weird.

No, I was packing a bowl of my friend's weed a year ago in a deserted alleyway. Cop shows up, long story short I have to go to a bunch of classes and stuff. I think it's all taken care of.

A year later, police show up to my college, take me out of class, I get thrown in jail, government steals the last of my financial aid and tells me I owe another $850 in addition to $14/week for two more months. Turns out that I didn't pay a fine which was supposed to be mailed to me, but never was. Try to explain this to the cops, get the typical "you're just a junkie criminal so we don't care what you have to say" treatment. Gotta love being in the good ol' US of A.

Of course, they say that the tests actually are voluntary, and technically speaking they are; I could instead go to jail, have a felony on my record, and there are three (that's right, 3) apartment complexes in my entire state that accept felons. So it's my "choice" so they say that it gives them the right to make me pay for them.

I compare it to putting a gun to someone's head and saying "Let me [censored] you, or die" "No, please don't kill me!" "Oh, so you agree with this six then. Cool, totally consensual."

I've no clue how it is to live like you do, but I know how it feels to go through the BS of the court system and drug testing. It really is bull, man, I feel for you. How long until they take you off of piss testing? Not to toot my own horn, but I was one of the quickest cases closed when I was in drug court, mostly due to my cool therapist.
Maybe you can try and bum some furniture off your neighbors or craigslist or something, just try and get something other than the floor to sleep on. That's all the advice I have.

No one I ever know has quit smoking weed because another human(s) stole their money, and temporarily FORCED them to quit. That doesn't make anyone want to actually quit. It instead makes them angry at the aggressors, and they'll usually start again just out of spite. I've not known a single person who went through this program, and quit weed after they got out. It's quite the opposite, with the user saying "I can't wait to get off, so I can smoke weed again." The enforcers of the law know this; statistically anolyzing prohibition shows a roughly 0% success rate, yet they continue. It's just stealing. A way for the government to make money. I hate to sound like a hippie, but it's true.

Yes, I'll continue with the usage after I get off of my drug tests. Just because someone else has wronged me for it, is not a reason for me to quit. That just makes them [censored]s. Since I've already made an extreme example, I'll throw out another one: this is like arresting people for mastvrbating, forcing them to not do it for three months, and then expecting it to make them not mastvrbate behind closed doors when no one is watching. That's 100% the wrong attitude to have if you want to get hired. Judge your interviewer. If they're a hard-ass, look like a bootsrtrapper. If they're a softee, be pathetic. Pathetic people get sympathy jobs.

Being in college isn't what gets you jobs. The real benefits come when you graduate. In the meantime, seek out other losers. Find a kid who sulks around and never talks with anyone. Even if he doesn't like you, or want to spend time with you, he'll have no reasonable excuse to get away without being rude, so your chances of success are much higher. You don't need to actually be compatible with a person to get a leg up from them.
