Non Disclosure Agreement. Something you sign/agree to when you test something (Dawnguard for example) and you're not suppose to talk about it.

And thats another guess. We dont have any facts on when its comming out.

Xbox support stated their updates normaly are at 3 am EST (34 minutes ago). But that time has come and gone. So i guess the next deadline to wait for is 3 am PDT xD
