My first deah was at the hands of a Ninja Dragon. I was up near Solitude somewhere and I came upon a bandit lair. I fought them and had a bit of a hard time with their chief. I had about 1/5th health left. After they were dead i went around looting their bodies. Just about finished, I turned around to walk back to town... And was standing face to face with a dragon.

Then I was dead.

Never heard it land, roar, anything. Just suddenly dragon in my FACE.

So how did your first deah occur?

I think it was the spider in the cave you have to get the golden claw from near the start. I was not prepared.

I was making some fire logs when a band of hired goons attacked me.

Fell off a cliff backing away from a frost troll...

I think I fell off of something.

I decided to walk up to a giant and see what everyone is fussing about, thinking it was some kind of bug they were having.

I soon found out the truth.

Exploring right after you kill the first dragon, happened upon my first frost dragon perched on an old ruin, because I was in a northern area and everything was snow covered I literally thought it was a statue. It took me out in 1icy breath

Knocked out of the park by an angry giant with an angrier club. Kind of same ordeal as the ninja dragon mentioned above, but in my case I was just finishing off a giant and when I turned around the club was already coming down. I never knew he was there, and then I wasn't there either.

Moved the difficulty up to expert, then switched to my mage who promptly got one shot by a draugur (undead guy boss in barrows).

I was playing hardcoe and was owning every bandit, but then one particular bandit decided to put me in my place, SHE was bandit leader.

The Giant the Companions' are fighting near Whiterun? I tried to help...I accidentally hit Aela with my "Force Lightning" (btw, I yell "UNLIMITED POWER!!!" each time)...so after the Giant died, she 1-hit me.

And that was my first death...

I didn't help them the 2nd time.

Fresh out of the Helgen underworld, I wandered down a hill into a bandit camp. I was taking two of them on, and failed to check my six. I was destroyed by an arrow volley to my backside.

I was walking to whiterun from the bleak barrow. I got jumped by some vampires I died pretty quickly.

So I walked the same again. I was prepared this time though. I could see a guy stood in the same place. Although it was dark and I was far away. I attacked and killed him. Turned out to be an innocent guy with quest item fork thing on him. Curse you random encounters!

Burned to death during the opening sequence.

Second death was because I listened to Todd Howard when he said that giants aren't hostile and you can talk to some of them. Ran up to the first giant I saw and I got a nice view of Dawnstar.

OHKed by a Giant.

I got blasted by an ice spell from a wizard, i totaly got shards of winter followed by a big blue frost cloud of death that just killed 300+ HP.

The very first dragon you run into as part of the main quest line. I was an archer and I ran out of arrows...So I tried using my 1 handed weapon (which I hadn't used up to that point, thus my skill in it was ridiculously low). Needless to say, the dragon felt my "poke", turned around, and proceeded to melt me in a couple seconds, and then finished me off by chomping down on me...

"Hey, Mr Tiger, I was hunting that fox!... woah.. holy hell... oh holy skendarr, arghoargho-ow-ow-thunk"

"Pathetic bandit, kneel befor..."... bandit pulls off slow motion instant death move....
"what... the... fuu.....Hey thats my special move! Me special! Me player! How do you have slow mo kill moves"

^ My Breton Shaman got completely owned by that dragon as well. Three times! Lesson learned there was to find cover and *STAY* there...

Was walking from Riverwind to the next city (forget the name) early in the game. I came across these Giants and their mamoths. I figured I could kill them not knowing how strong they were and shot one with an arrow. He turned to me hit me with his club and in 1 hit was dead. Tried like 10 times to kill him and then realized I better just walk around them the other way and leave them alone since I was getting killed with one shot. lol

A giant used me as a golf ball.

Sprinted off a cliff. Simple as that.

Yeah, that was my third death.. got a great view of the entire skryim map for a bit thou.... was a bit annoyed it declared me dead before I even started to fall back down.

Morrowind - Last Words - I wonder if there are pearls in those clams?

Oblivion - Last Words - I can take on a few rats.

I remember when I got my Death Cherry popped.

~SPOILER ALERT~

It was a College of Winterhold quest. The one near the end when you have to go into the dungeon and fight the boss for the Staff of Magnus. That dude was hard...I relied on Magic a lot, so the fact that he drained my magic AND moved pretty fast WHILE shooting me, really pissed me off and I died..then I just started using some scrolls and defeated him, and that was my first time. Oh, and then at the end of the Winterhold College quests when you have to fight Arcano or whatever his name was, yea, I died once from that too, then from a frost dragon, and thats it, only died 3 times thus far.

Lets just hope I don't become a Death [censored].
