Kill everyone and everything. There will be no mercy.

I try to play true neutrals. In games like TES, that usually gets skewed quickly toward the good side because rewards or potential allies are good reasons for a true neutral character to do good. Games where evil is more rewarding are scarce.

Lawful Evil probably. I've never found any other alignment particularly interesting RP wise.

Its more about how your character acts then deciding in the next few seconds entire arks. I don't mean to ask will your character beat the dragons or join them, I mean more like: you spot a man being robbed in the woods. You know that if you intervene this man will likely try to kill you (as well as whatever shady organization he may be affiliated with). At the very least he will mark you for death with his friends if you try to intervene. Do you not get involved? Do you kill the robber and then rob the man yourself? Do you rob the robber and save the man? Do you just kill the robber and walk away? Do you beat him with your fists into submission? Cast a charm spell to artificially convince him to go home? Cast a fury spell that has been infused with a strength enhancement on the peasant so that he has the will and ability to fight back?

What is your unique reaction to a specific in game event?

I kill the robber and save the man.

But if you can beat the robber into submission, I may do that instead.

In video games my moral stance is... MAXIMUM EVIL! Because thats the only place I can get away with acting that way

haha sounds a little more like chaotic good I think. I will probably just let it happen or if they are really intrusive and either of them involves me in any way, arrows to both of them.

I play lawful good.

Dark Brotherhood was lawful good in Oblivion. The law decided who got the death penalty. Even the sleeping twerp in the Inn was naughty. ;) Perspective and a bit of a wink and nod from the gameplay itself.

Then after I manage to Character Death Real a handful of LG characters and want to test the game engine, I'll make a quickie TEST character who will do very naughty things, just to see how tough they are. TEST characters aren't any fun, so, I just pop them in and out as soon as I see the difficulty differential. Characters get deleted in about 5 minutes.

Then, another handful of characters. LG

Then, when I think I've seen and done it all, open the Prima Guide and see what I MISSED and go back with a new naughty naughty to see it first hand.

Naughty characters are never any fun for me, they are just exploratory surgery.

Probably, considering that if the law can't protect peasants, what good is this law? It is because the law is imperfect that I hesitate to play the paladin class in D&D which requires Lawful Good. Neutral Good is usually the highest I would go. Law and order is still needed, but some laws are unjust.

And if the robber's friends mark me for death, more loot for me. :D They never come into the equation on whether I should save the peasant or not.

I will definitly be evil on my first toon. I always start off with a female, as hawt as possible, char that will do evil even for sadistic tendencies. But I usually always find a town in which I want to do good, kind of making myself a lady-protector for the people there. Mostly I'll just do wilderness quests as most to my own profit as possible, but in towns outside my blessing, I'll prolly test the game's limits on how high a body count you can achieve. :whistling:

For my second toon, I'll prolly roleplay it more according to my own personality. It will most probably be male. And since I find great satisfaction in helping people, I think I'll be having an orgie in mr. nice-guy fame and praise. :)

Neutral Good

Not a hero but mostly void of malevolence, will do the right thing if it's not too risky. Doesn't have an issue with laws but isn't going to obey them if they're unfair or unjust and he can get away with breaking or successfully resist them.

neutral evil, my character is a mercenary, but not an assassin (no dark brotherhood), so i will be joining the thieve guild and the companions (fighters guild) and most likely the stormcloaks

As in both Morrowind and Oblivion my character has been a beacon of light, a knight in shining armor for the unfortunate, doing good for the kicks and the ladies.
But on his spare time he does some stealing and killing for shady people, nothing criminal by that right?

For my first character, Chaotic Good flavor. I probably see myself fighting alongside my Nordic brothers in the Stormcloaks.

Then that's when the fun begins. Second playthrough, Dunmer. Chaotic Evil. A lot of looted corpses.

My character used to be the leader of a group of thieves in High Rock so he doesn't have a very good moral stance. He first thinks about himself and what advantage he can take out of the situation. If it helps someone in the process so be it. But he's not the guy who kills innocent ppl.

I'd like to kind of, hopefully, get back to geeking out about the game before release instead of nitpicking things. On that note I'd like to start things off by asking what type of moral stance are you going to take in the game?

Are you going to be relentless and kill people just for stairing at your wrong? will you gamble? will you participate in bar fights?
Or are you going to join the military?

I know I want to join the dark brotherhood but I'm thinking I'll be sort of a neutral evil type of character. Not completely  where I will go around slaughting whole families for no reason but If someone steals from me, for instance, I will kill them.

Morals? What are these "Morals" that you speak of?

heh heh heh

i will be a realistic good guy I'E i will live by the thought that you sacrifice 1 to save 100 if someoone close to me needs to die to save many more then is tha tnot a worthy sacrifice after all that person is dying a hero i'll only kill those that attack me first and after each kill i will say a short prayer "may you find peace till the time of your next life" will also do one for each animal i hunt and kill "know that your death was not in vain may your soul know peace" kinda sad but i once killed a derr in oblivion by accident and felt so guilty i deleted my character nd started again lol

When I started out Morrowind I didnt know what to be or to do. I guess I started off as a thief, stealing items here and there just trying to make it. I later joined one of the great houses, I guess I became a better person then since now I was helping people. I rose amung the ranks til I became a nobal, honorable master. My morals were good then, since I didnt have money issues and all was good.
