All those who 'nit pick' any of Bethesda's games should ask themselves "If Bethesda didn't exist, who else would bother to make these huge sprawling worlds where I can be who I want, do whatever I want and go anywhere I please?" Plus they should also try and remember just how hard it must be to check every part of such a huge game for glitches. Getting stuck between some rocks? Yes, we've all done that in a Beth game, but how hard would it be to eradicate every 'stuck' situation? The game would simply never launch because it would take years to check everything! Guy falling through a chair? Was it quest breaking? Did it cause a crash? Beth simply can't check every little thing in this type of 'open world' game as they can't possibly foresee what any one of us are going to do at any time can they?
Some gamers just want to nit pick for the sake of it in my humble opinion.
I agree. As a budding programmer and extremely small time game designer (only in spare time of course) I do have a very basic and shallow understanding of the scope and difficulty this game presents.
In fact just looking at one city itself is staggering. One HOUSE is staggering under this level of graphical detail, physics on all characters living there, agendas and radiant A.I. on each character, models on each item, dispositions and morals and preferences for each character, voice work for each character, interior house design,..there are just so many variables to any one thing.
Not only that but the seem to always impress and deliver. I've never been disappointed with a Bethesda game.
But anyways, what morals are you gonna adopt in game good friend?
