Mine is currently the Dwemer from The Egg of Time, a mysterious book in Morrowind.

The longest avatar I've used so far is http://i43.tinypic.com/2gxk8ax.jpg, which is Maiden Astraea from the Demon's Souls manual.

I've always been switching to http://i40.tinypic.com/10p8vab.jpg, which is one of the people in Mannimarco's area in Daggerfall. She just looks cool.
