Bretons. I've always loved being a Mage, though I despise the Altmer, so Bretons became my first choice back when I first started playing Morrowind. Bosmer come in as second, due to Rangers being my second favourite playstyle. Altogether, I'd say:

1. Bretons
2. Bosmer
3. Dunmer
4. Argonians
5. Nords
6. Imperials
7. Khajiit
8. Orsimer
9. Redguards
10. Altmer

Argonian, Dunmer and Redguard.

Argonians because of the unique look, swag and mysterious assassin nature. Dunmer because playing a Dunmer mage is actually pretty fun. And, of course, Redguards...

Khajiit, they're unique and suits my "Unlikely Hero" role.

although I don't support their stereotype thief style, I still love their Lore and based on what is described by their homeland, really would like to go there

Wow... Altmer on the bottom of hell... :tongue:

The only race I despise more than the Altmer are the Sload, and only one of them ever appeared in any TES game, and it was a spin-off to boot.

I've been going on since Morrowind about how the Altmer are evil and are going to do something horrible eventually, but did any one listen? Nope. Everyone ignored the Nerevarine's prophecy, then, sure enough, the Altmer went into crazy kill-everyone mode.

Khajiit. Love their culture and the lore about them. Not sure why I like Dunmer. Argonians are just awesome, and I prefer beast races.

My favorite race have changed from the Nords to the Imperials. I like them because they are sort of the "average" human race who isn't the best mages, warriors or stealth specialists yet their ability to use diplomacy, trade and organized warfare they have been able to be in charge of three Empires. Two of which controlled just about all of the continent(the Reman Empire fell just as Morrowind was about to join).
