For Cure Disease, go to solitude and shoot down some hawks. Each hawk drops 3 hawk feathers. Cure Disease is the first effect of Hawk Feathers, so just eating it cures all your diseases.

Pearls are definitely not in clams. And there are no oysters in Skyrim.

Even if you find daedra hearts at merchants its not really that much fun to spend atleast 500 gold on one heart and wait for them to respawn... Just thinking about the amount of time I'll have to spend buying them and wait for them to respawn makes me sick. It's like harvesting just for the pure amousemant so i can what? make a daedric dagger or two? What if i want to equip my followers with daedric armor and weapons? It's certainly the easiest way but no, just no :starwars:

I think the Dremora in Mehrunes Dagon's shrine respawn, for 4 hearts every spawn.
I just always bought hearts whenever I saw them, and made sure I had enough random potions I'd made on me to sell and cover the costs.

hello fellow alchemists!

thats it!

i've took all the wheat from most of the farms i know on skyrim and not one single wheat stack has respawned! haha
i took a stack of wheat way back in the beginning of the game and still to this day, it has not respawned.
does wheat respawn
and does anyone know where i can get more wheat!?

finally, what do you think is the hardest ingrediant to find?
i think that canis root is the hardest ingrediant to find since it looks like any other normal bush in the wild and i've only ever found 2 canis roots ever :(
what about you guys? :twirl:
Stumbled over some wheat last night in Utterings Cave or Dungeon, whatever. Forgot where it was, sorry.

Hmm might have to check that out. And if someone is role-role playing in skyrim (thinking about creating a background story and stuff) it might not be so appealing to reap and harvest things that respawn and use tons of gold on buying them either.

You've got to complete the quest : Pieces of the Past first. It's the quest that starts by "Visiting the Museum in Dawnstar". But yeah, it's worth it just to have access to the dremora and the goodies in the temple.

I usually gather a few while travelling through that area now, but I had a hard time finding them to begin with, because they do look like a different dirt texture. I was surprised that Jasby Graqes did not make this when I first posted.

Yeah, Jazbay is another one, but again... once you know what to look for.. these things are everywhere. Mostly just north of the Rift between Shor's Stone and Windhelm. In the area with the sulphur pits and dragon mound. Just look down. You can't go more than five feet without running into one.

not so much an ingredient, but i have never found a cure disease potion anywhere but a shop :stare: . and i can almost guarantee that i will get blasted rockjoint at some point :swear: (my breton crusader is only level 11 at present).

Spoiler
the silver hand usually carry them, you can find them easier if you're with the companions.

Or, you can buy hawk feathers, much cheaper and they also cure disease.
