I've gotten an email from EA also, finaly regarding the Limited Edition but my code doesn't work. When I try to enter it in EADM it says "The code entered is not valid for validation"
The code I got in the mail had 4x4 combo (ie xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), but a friend of mine got 5x4 (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), the same format I got for the original free bundled Crysis and that one worked.

So I was wondering, of those people that bought limited edition of Crysis2, which code format did you get?

I got confused by that as well but if you read the e-mail, that code is for use inside the the game when you get it, not an actual cd key if that makes sense, I think that's still to come.

Yep, you're correct. I got ingame content unlocked prior with those 4x4 code.
To get the actual cd key for Crysis2 I had to call support because it wasn't listed in any of the the emails or eastore.com purchase history and support call was fast and now the game is finally downloading. \m/

I noticed quite a few bugs and irregularities/inconsistencies on front end and EADM during this whole endeavor. Professional deformity as usability expert. Hope EA smooths those rough patches, if help is needed, I'll be happy to assist.

Just an update to everyone in the thread from me too, my download unlocked at 12:01am GMT on the 25th.

I'm very grateful for the original Crysis game as well.

As a bit of feedback for future though, I hope EA would consider making pre download packages, either encrypted, or withhold the last 500mb of critical files and binaries for the game, so that people can feasably pre-load a digital download title and then only have a small wait for the final piece on release day. It would surely reduce load on the servers too. Getting to release day and then having to start downloading 9gb on an 8Mb connection is not a happy prospect.
