I enjoy it. In fact, I'm willing to bet that most people enjoy it. Just because you're complaining about something doesn't mean that you don't enjoy it. It just means that you want to make it better.

I still think it would be better with some things that were removed, but it is still my favorite rpg since at least morrowind.

This is my favorite game of all time. The combat, finishing moves, magic, stealth, questlines, crafting... it is all I had hoped for and more. I completely agree with you OP, as I come on the forums every now and then, but what I see when I get here is insane. Complaining, complaining, complaining. But, to answer your percentages, I think the opposite is true of people actually playing. 90% are playing the game and loving it too much to even look at the forums, while the other few are here complaining about it. Therefore, when we 90% visit the forums, the negative from the 10% is all we see.

So I only log onto the forums these days when i am grabbing a bite to eat and letting my system take a break, but every time I come here it seems like 60 percent of the posts are people complaining about the game while 30 percent are about people who cant get arrows out of themselves, while the rest seems to be people loving this game..

I am with these last people, I think Bethesda make quite a masterpiece with this game and I cant believe how much of my life just vanished in the last 3 days. I find myself standing atop waterfall watching the sun set and realize I have spent a half hour just staring, no game has done this to me before..

So for all you people who just love this game, what are some of your "Wow" moments? Please no spoilers and no negativity about the game, their are plenty of places for that around..

To complain/give feedback doesn't mean you don't like the game :)

minor issues aside, i could live in this game. i play on pc so the issues are more apparent, so i see where these "complainers" are coming from. but soon enough those issues will be moot.
possibly the best game i have played in over 10 years.

Loving this game! I love laying as my assassin char and find more challenging than a warrior and a mage, mostly cause getting into a close combat battle with a Frost Troll is suicidal. There are some glitches, but I find them more as hilarious and entertaining than annoying and game breaking. Love the glitch where you fly 100 feet in the air when you are killed by a Giant. Sent like 3 minute laughing my ass off. This game is amazing, which is why it is getting so much hate.

The UI is cumbersome (leaving the inventory to see what my character looks like is irritating, it takes too long to view my stats, the map doesn't zoom out far enough, and the item/magic stats don't seem to take into account your armour/weapon/magic skills) but I knew it was going to be like this beforehand. And I don't like how the Miscellaneous quests don't actually tell us who we're doing the quests for, or, well, any details beyond "go get this item". I'm not a fan of the dialogue system either- in 3rd person you can't see people clearly enough to know who the hell is talking (especially when you walk past them before they auto-greet you), and improving NPC's dispositions towards you is ridiculously shallow. You do one quest, and then they're your best friend. It was easy to abuse the Oblivion system, but at least you do quests for them in addition to persuade-joke-coercing them. Some sort of gift-giving system ala Dragon Age Origins would be a nice touch.

But even with these gripes, I think it actually might be better than Morrowind.

I'm having an awesome time with an awesome game. Lydia and I were just attacked by 2 dragons when we came out from a dungeon crawl. :o I died at first and then the second round we both fought valiantly and it went on for a long time. I had fire in one hand and heal in the other. We were in among some trees and I couldn't find her but I did the best I could and they eventually flew away. They were tough too; I didn't see the health bar go down much. I wish it had been just one. When it was over, I couldn't stop laughing. It was so fun!!

I'm loving it. Not sure my fella is though since he's not been allowed on the xbox for the last 3 days :D

My great wow moment was my first random dragon encounter. I was out chasing butterflies (lame I know) and heard an almight roar and everything shook, I saw it's shadow on the ground so looked it.....it just circled my over head, out of range of my bow and i just chilled and watched it fly around for a while. Then off it went. I've never been so astonished by a game moment before. Spectacular

Okay, seriously, this is one of the best games I've ever played. Yeah, I miss some things and hopefully mods will bring them back. But all in all, what's not to like? The game is fun, immersive and damn nice to look at.

Good job, Bethesda.

I... LOVE... IT. It's clear the UI was made with consoles in mind. Good thing I'm playing on my 360 wireless controller, on my PC. I feel right at home. Amazing graphics and variety. And each dungeon is unique!!! Can't wait to start playing again.

I love the game. The Music is Beautiful. The story deep. The characters are very well thought out, for the most part. The creatures are very well done and there is a great variety. Sometimes I just walk around and look at everything.

My only small complaint are the graphics. im playing on PS3 (yeah I know computer is better, but I love sitting back in my gaming chair and using the PS3 controller). The graphics aren't as "crisp" as I would imagine they could be. For example, compare the graphics from rage to Skyrim. The Rage graphics are most crisp, for the lack of a better word. I know, two different games, ones open world, one is pretty much on rails. Apples and oranges. Don't get me wrong, the graphics a good, I just think maybe they could have been better. But, what do I know, I do not make video games ;-).

I love this game so much right now, that I got a Beta Invite for SW: The Old Republic for this weekend, been waiting for that ever since I signed up on the forums in oct 2008, but I can't pull myself away from Skyrim. I've only played the Beta for TOR for about 3 hours....lol I love it, but this week belongs to Skyrim
