I did. I'm glad I pre-ordered it as the collector's edition for xbox and PS3 in my region sold out on pre-orders just last month. If I waited instead I wouldn't get the CE at all.

Don't care the dlc are the same accept different weapon and a different tool.

I'm very much looking forward to it.

I really want to. However, since I live in China it might be difficult for me to find a copy of any special edition for games. But if I do I will really consider buying it (if I have enough money with me).

If I get the collector's edition, will it show up in my steam games? Also, will I need the disc to to play it, or can I just launch it from Steam?

I doubt the Fallout graphic novel "All Roads" will decrease in value... the novels pretty much a reason why I'm going to get the CE.

Maybe. I would put yes, but Gamestop stopped taking pre-orders for CE. Going either the day or two days after it comes out to get CE.

Nah. I wish there was a less-emphatic "No" option, as it's not like I'm direly opposed to the CE. but honestly, I don't buy CE's anymore, unless they have something meaningful... which is almost never.

I would say I don't buy CE's anymore period, but I "recently" got the Demon's Souls CE, because it was only $10 extra for a soundtrack, art book, AND a (priceless) strategy guide that is otherwise not available anywhere.

The last CE I bought before that was.. i think it was the original World of Warcraft. After that disappointment, I don't think I'll ever buy another CE that is A: over $10 over the original price, or B: doesn't have something absolutely mind-numbinly awesome, like a t-shirt, unique strategy guide, or absolutely insane in-game items (First or two free DLC's, etc) because honestly, when I preorder a game...

I would have but I thought New vegas was coming out in November so i didn't pre order it and gamestop isn't taking anymore pre orders not even with an extra $80 added on as a bribe.

Proud to say that I was literally the first in my country to have ordered it. As soon as I was aware that Fallout New Vegas was coming I just went by all the game stores in my town to ask where I could already pre-order. Don't ask me why, just like to be first on some things. Since I pre-ordered it so early the guys at the game store asked around if anybody else had done that as early as I did....the next pre-order didn't come in for a good month and a half later. I'm still known as that store as 'the fangirl that ordered way too rediculously early'. They did call me up the next day if I wanted the collectors edition or not. Hell YES of course!
Being a graphic student I'm a svcker for making-of DVD's, graphic novels and cards with pretty pictures. The poker chips however will probably dissapear as cat toy's for my little kitten to rave about.
