I love em. I understand the issues prevalent in debugging a game of this magnitude. So did Peter Molyneux. He saw what he wanted to make in the first Fable game and decided to dumb it down big time to prevent these kind of problems. I'll deal with the launch issues for a richer game experience.

Understandable - for the players who are experiencing hard crashes, it beginning to get more than frustrating

I will wait before buying a release day one. I will wait several weeks or a few months till they fix the game they release. All there games are a mess upon release. I love their games, but they always release games that are riddled with bugs, mainly quest related problems. I am also not happy that the CK is still not out. This makes up PC gamers have to wait on them to fix problems in the game. Which we are now on our 3rd week going on 4 and there are still tons of quest bugs. Fallout New Vegas purchased release day, and waited several weeks before playing again.

I don't have any bugs ... once every 2-3 hours the game crashes, but that's it.

Who is Bethesga?

I tried to correct but can not see an option... so just for clarity, this post is about Bethesda and the public's perception of the quality of games they produce

Considering I just picked up a few games from them (Hunted & Rage) and I like them. I consider the fact I will keep buying their games.

I would.

because I have the maturity to not scream bloody murder on forums when a bug prevents me from carrying on a quest (none have anyway).

Sure they are buggy, poorly balanced and full of questionable desing decision, but still they are better then anything else in longevity and openness.

It's multiple choice so I voted for all of them. But yes, I will buy more Bethesda games. In fact, I'm a Bethesda fan-boy. I buy all of their games, even the ones they publish. I speak with my wallet.

How they handle the next 24 hours will be my determination... Until then, I reserve judgement.

And if you have a PC you can use the command console to complete the quest manually. Next play around, when they do patch it, you'll have a new quest to re-do and enjoy.

That's what I said after I bought Fallout: New Vegas. I had to laugh when I remembered that later as I stood in line at Skyrim's midnight release.

I would, but then i also saw this coming.

I told a friend of mine I was going to wait til after the new year to buy the game because by then most of the bugs and kinks and patches should be sorted out; but then I happened into some extra cash and bought it early. Again, this isn't really surprising and nobody's perfect. I'll wait til they fix the fix and life goes on; it's not as though I only get to keep the game for a week and am losing limited play time. So I miss a couple of days of playing. . . I can go outside, or hang out with friends or even my wife, get caught up on some of the TV I've been skipping, etc. Then when it's fixed, I can go back to playing my video game. . . you guys remember it's a game right?

Seriously, this isn't a life changing issue, you folk are making waaaaaaaay to big a deal out of it. I mean, if bethesda came out and said, "Everythign is fixed, this is how we want it to be and we'll never change anything ever again." yeah, I could see being upset. But just as surely as they had crews working to repair the release glitches, I'm sure they have crews working to fix the patch glitches. Just chill out and go talk to some girls or something.
