My character is already married and in love with someone else. I see Serana as a close friend that I rescued from the clutches of Molag Bal and his tyranny. Though my character IS in an interesting situation:
- My character Aradal loves Mjoll the Lioness. He is aware that Serana has feelings for him, and is trying to find a way to put it gently. He's also aware of Aerin's coveting of Mjoll as well. Aradal holds no anger towards him for it, but he knows that sooner or later something is gonna have to give way.
- Mjoll is having a hard time knowing what the right thing to do is. She loves Aradal; this much is certain, but she can't bring herself to crush her former rescuers heart. And then there is Serana. There's definitely some tension between the two; even though Serana has been cured, she still practices the Dark Arts.
- Aerin can't let go of that feeling. The wedding between his love and that knight Aradal still stings. He's pushing himself beyond his limits. One time, when he heard that Mjoll was kidnapped by a Vampire, he brazenly stormed off to rescue her, only to once again be one upped by that arrogant Paladin.
- Serana admires what Aradal is; the light to her darkness. Yet she knows the reason why Aradal chose Mjoll over her is because of her dependance of the Dark Arts. The trip to the Soul Cairn didn't help either. If only he could see in other colors besides black and white, she says to herself.
I suppose even the great Dragonborn, Bane of Sithis/Molag Bal and future mantler of Talos can't avoid drama
