Why has Werebears been one of the most consistently asked for features since Skyrim was announced?
They are very similar to werewolves in appearance and I can only assume gameplay would be too. I honestly do not like transformations. Not being able to loot or heal is too annoying and I use werewolf and vampire lord sparingly if at all.
I understand "they're part of the lore," but couldn't someone easily mod the appearance of werewolves and end all this fuss?
Because we can eat people. We can tear the apart as animals, rather than your cliche hero with a sword/magic/staff/shield/dagger/shouts. If you don't like it, than that's your problem. People want it. Do you have to become a werebear in the game if they are added? No. Do you have to transform? No!
Why would werebears even want to loot? How could they even loot to begin with? They're animals. Simple as that. I just think you should accept the fact that it's a wanted feature and that many people like it. You don't, so that's that.
