Why do you get killed for killing a chicken?

What would I do if someone killed my dog then turned around and said "its just a dog." :toughninja: Now imagine the animal provides food for your family and business. :gun:

But if you would be able to kick the chickens without killing them... I think it be ok.

But remember, if the other hit you first, you can kill him without any conscequences... It's how TES works.

There might be a bug in some chickens, as i heard reports of chickens reporting crimes as if they were citizens....

Yeah I did a dragon shout on a chicken in Riverwood to see them go flying next thing you know I was being executed all over again.


Yup, it is and will be, a thing of lore. Don't mess with these cluckers.....
