Yeah.
The conversation was funny.

Spoiler
"You're Taron dreth?"
"Yes of course I am! Why?"
"I heard about you from Katria."
"OH [censored] GET HIM GUYS!!!!"
Hahaha that's EXACTLY what I said as well, only wished his clothing was unique instead of expert destruction robes named "Taron Dreth's Robes". One shot them all with my advanced dwarven crossbow and left them all laying there naked.I love doing that kind of stuff with unique NPCs like that.

I met a certain traitor after the Aethierium quest. (You try spelling it!)
Killed him too.
Loved seeing that person on three seperate occasions. I never interacted; just let them go about their business.
- Drinking with their 3 Mercenaries in the Silver Blood Inn
- Walking from Anga's Mill toward Windhelm
- Near Whistling Mine, heading North toward Winterhold

Some Lady Told me she escaped from some bandits.
That's been in the game from the beginning. It's a fun little quest if you go where she mentions.

I recently ran into people called Scavengers. They were wearing a miss match of Stormcloak and Impeial weapons and armor. Never seen them before.
Also in the game from the beginning. My first character found a Scavenger near Anise's Cabin. Wootwoot, free gear!

But those 2 giant spiders, new to me, provided some comic relief.
I was near Meeko's Shack when a fight broke out. A really giant spider was chasing and Elk while it's partner was chasing what I thought was a Hunter. Though I was being quite stealthy, the man ran straight for my position. Ahh, the 'ol Fugitive-running-from-the-Hunter routine, eh? He handed me an enchanted bow, began making his out-of-breath threats, then dropped dead from the thwack of spider spit. My reticle remained closed so his assailing spider didn't detect my hide. A few moments pause, peered around the rock, then placed two well-aimed exploding dwarven bolts into the two giants spiders.

The bow's owner never showed, even though I purposely loitered the area for a bit after looting all corpses.
...nice bow.

I saw a mudcrab the other day, horrible creatures..

I saw the skeletal remains of a giant mudcrab a few days ago, if only they added living ones to the game.

I also love the three bandit thug encounters(when they dress up as Legionares) and ask you to pay the toll fee of 100 septims, but my favorite answer is "Fine you can have it, if you can catch me first.". Love getting smart with people haha.

Walking along a road in the Reach and heard "Hey you traveler...Come here!". When I went to see who it was I saw three bodies on the ground and three Vigilants standing over them. When I got close one of them said "That's close enough...NOW YOU DIE!". They were actually vampires who killed the vigilants and took their clothes lol.

Another similar thing happened but with bandits and Imperial soldiers. Pretty cool.

I pay the toll, then I sneak around and kill them.

Well I have met M'aiq twice since Dawnguard for the first time. And I saw three imperials escorting a stormcloak soldier to prison, I guess. So I was all "I am Mufasa, master thief of the Khajiit race. I will free you." so I did. And the imperials started attacking. I was level 6 so I ran and watched as the soldier was killed. So sad.

Oh yeah, and another Khajiit tried to rob me. And three men were hired by Anoriath to kill me, for who knows why. After I found out he sent them, I went straight to Whiterun. I think we all know what happened. I spent quite a bit of time in the stony lonesome.

Playing Dawnguard side, unclear if that matters:
A Dawnguard Novice (named Hakar), standing over two dead vampires, frightened and exclaiming he can't do this anymore...just so may vamps.
Spoiler
- He drops his gear and runs away
- Investigate and you'll find his armor...and orders
- The orders speak of his last chance to perform a duty of replenishing Dawnguard wilderness caches
- Follow the clues and enjoy your loot
