With Friends Like These - Who Did You Kill and Why?

I always kill the Khajiit because he implies [censored].
Doesn't deserve to live after that.

Edit: Even the forum knows its evil, so it's censored.
I'm okay with this.

Hmmm.... I looked at all three of them then back at Astrid(I repeated over and over....) Then I FUS RO DAHED and left like nothing happened. The truth is I used the spell and it was the Khajiit, but I am Khajiit. So I killed the Nord since he is full of himself. Sorry I just hate Nords, they talk about Sovngarde to much  AND EVERYBODY HATEZ THE CATZ :swear:

They haven't been there when I've gone back later.... Kill Astrid, then go on to other stuff, land there later on the way to either the Icerunner (Jaree'Ra's quest) or Folgunthur....
That's weird, everytime I've gone back they're still standing there. I don't think I waited the full 30 days for the cell to reset though. If I were Fulthiem as soon as I was free I would run and run and never look back.

I was told to kill, so I killed. With remorseless precision I killed all three and joined my new family

When I do not kill Astrid I kill the Khajiit, because Clairvoyance tells he's the right choice, he threatens my life and in general is a bad guy.
The Nord I was once tempted to end as well, because of his stupid "just following orders" attitude, but I expect him to make a turn for the better once he gets out of the shack.

I killed the old woman and I don't know why... maybe because I just couldn't stand her? Anyways, I was charmed by Vasha the khajiit so I couldn't kill him. It's a shame you can't make him a follower...

All three, because I like to use the abandoned shack for storing stuff and the two surviving victims don't disappear and you can't release them.

Griselda killed the 3 of them. Shes a bit over-enthusiastic at times.
Vriddi killed Astrid. Shes a warrior who ocasionally kills old ladies, not an assassain.

use the clairvoyance spell (Illusion) and it points you towards the khajiit, therefore he is the correct target.
Not necessarily true, it probably just points you to the first objective. It's not going to branch off and show all three at once. If they were in a different order it probably wouldn't show him as the objective. I always let him live and kill the old hag, she's a serious pain. The Khajiit is the most evil out of all the choices, of course I'll let him live. Causing pain and agony across Skyrim should be the goal of any Dark brotherhood member, he'll just spread the suffering for me. Win Win.

All 3. Astrid is the most physically attractive female in the room, so I'll go with what she says.

There's a life lesson in there somewhere.

And leaving witnesses? Do any of you play video games?

And as far as the Khajiit being the "correct" one because clairvoyance says so, I'm going to agree with xcrimsonlegendx. I'm willing to bet it's due to how clairvoyance tracks quest objectives and it sort of arbitrarily targets the Khajiit.

Too bad the witnesses never actually leave. I untied the other 2 after killing the Khajit, they didn't immediately leave. Just stood there getting all mad and mopey. I come back after like 30 in game days because I was in that area, and they're tied-up and bagged again. So I guess it's like Stockholm syndrome, they just want to remain victims.

All three. No witnesses, never any witnesses.

Ditto! LOL

The first time, I also killed the old hag (reminded me of my evil step mother, too hahaha). One time I killed the Khajiit, because he threatened to find and kill me. PSH.

Then on my Shadow Warrior toon, I didn't even ask any questions, I just aimed with my bow and BAM BAM BAM I killed them all (the mercenary was so whiny, too!)

EDIT: Did I say I called the Argonian? WTH was I smoking hahahahaha

I killed just one. After the main DB quest, I was roaming around Skyrim and I found the abandoned shack that was used for the DB initation. The people I didn't kill were still there and still tied up. So I killed the remaining two since nobody was coming for them and all who knew about them were dead, except for me.

I examined all three of the target laid before me, thought long and hard about about which one really deserved to die. I then calmly walked back to Astrid, and cut her head off.

I too managed to get the decapitation for her, and interestingly enough, I got a finishing move on all 5 of the DB people in their sanctuary. By the by, with no Night Mother in there, it wasn't very scary or epic, meh.

I think Astrid looking good is another reason to use dead thrall on her. Decorations are always nice.

I started by immediately killing Astrid, she's just annoying. And then I killed the other three because, hey, free loot.

The Khajit warlord.....it was pretty simple to kill him since he was a "defiler of women" and even threatened to have you killed by his henchmen. Like seriously, that was the eaiest choice to make in the DB series but it's supposed to be controversial? A hot-headed mother and wife, a soldier/mercenary who practically soils himself with fear, or you can knock off a genuinely nasty cat. I would have killed him if I came across him anywhere else.

This. It was easy to see from his dialog that he was the one to take out.
