Thinking more sounds like an Underwater Vault.

If its run by the government it'll most likely be just like Sealab 2021.

I would not because I know my luck, and the Kraken would attack and kill me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hq8EGbz4Puw&t=1m47s

Depends where.... Do the Bahamas count as a sea? Or is that not deep enough?

The Bahamas are a chain of a couple hundred islands, not a body of water.

Edit: This new quote system is really pissing me off.

but then your face will look like it just faced the wrath of tesla....

i would probably do it, depending on the goverment, self sufficent capabilities of the city, and how easy it would be to escape incase something went wrong.

well normally it wouldn't matter to me, i'd probably go since i'd assume the compensation would be more than good. It'd depend mostly on if there was internet or not. However, the answer i think even if those conditions were met would be no actually. Since i assume they'd be doing alot of interviews and tests and on an on that i'd constantly be filling paper work and answering questions. it'd be a hassle.

Nope. I kind of like land more, so I'll be the lame person who lives on land while all the cool people are living in Atlantis.

No not at all, I wouldn't trust the stability. That and I have a fear of dark deep water.

As an experimental subject? What is my compensation? What are the risks? If I get those answers maybe.

Would I live underneath the sea in a Dome of sorts? Sure. So long as it has been tested and such first and it is easy to go to and fro the land and sea.

But uh...how deep would it be? If it is anymore than 200 forget it. Light only penetrates 300 feet into the ocean and by the time it reaches 300 feet it is pretty damned dark already. Living thousands of feet below the ocean would be just plain boring. No exciting visuals or anything. As a certified diver thoughthe idea intrigues me. If the experiment allowed me to breath underwater and causes no severe problems then I would be cool with it.

Living under the ocean is just asking for trouble. No, I would not. Even if I were invited to a city like Rapture (minus the splicers) I would not. That would be like purposefully living in isolation. I'm sure it could be fun for a while if it were something luxurious, but even that would get old. Plus, everything has to break some time. Living on the surface is already dangerous enough.

The government in the beginning didn't exist..the whole point of Rapture was to be free of governance. It's not even Ryan's demands you follow in the game. The women with the pram at the start-ish? That made me jump and lol that her baby was a magnum.

Cats are horrid animals, the deserve to die unless they evolve into tigers are a plasmid injection :P

Seems it still is around. Dubai seems to be the place to go if you want odd architecture of any kind. It also has the tallest building currently. We kind of already have a Rapture, just this one is for rich people and does have laws.
