I wouldn't disagree with the types of armour being requested. Steel Plate never mind the various more fantasy armours are already hardly particularly Nordic and the more variety the better to my mind.
So long as they are part of a DLC that adds new areas or a new questline to the game and theres an in-game explanation for their addition its all good to me.

Personally I'd also like to see some of the armours from previous games in the series returning. Imagine killing your first troll and crafting a set of Nordic Trollbone from it. What could be more epic than going into bettle wearing the bloody remains of your last foe?

I know.. but I'm picky. I'm talking about something with a name and story. I used to love collecting artifacts that I'd read about in that book... was it Tamrielic Lore? The dwarf had a copy behind him.

I think Bethesda will not just release a stand alone armor and weapons pack because they said they were not going to to that. I'm glad they are going to be releasing less frequent but large dlc's.

If you want free DLC and good faith from a developer, you are better off asking Cd Projeckt Red.

With the creation kit being released Tuesday PC players will have lots of different armors to download... (so sorry console players )

Anyway, there will no doubt be new armor sets released with the dlc that will be more like expansion packs. Take Oblivion's madness and amber armor for example.

Finding interesting images for female armour on the net which is not completely absurd is a challenge.

Please no armor,weapon DLCs. We have enough such things on Nexus and also a lot of producible items ingame. I want DLCs which contain quests and stories (playable content) and not viewable content.

This thread is just about any Xbox 360 Arms and Armour requests for future official Skyrim DLC, meaning Arms and Armour to be included in a future Skyrim DLC - whatever the main subject of such a Skyrim DLC turns out to be.

Any Skyrim DLC is bound to include new Arms and Armour, since almost all previous BETHESDA DLC for Oblivion and Fallout 3 have always included new Arms and Armour.

So to make it unmistakably clear: suppose BETHESDA make a DLC where the Dovahkiin explores an ancient Nord tomb in Atmora, such an Atmora focused Skyrim DLC is also bound to include new Arms and Armour. If we, meaning the customers and players of Skyrim on the Xbox 360, have any ideas or requests concerning such new Skyrim Arms and Armour to be included in any new Skyrim DLC, this thread presents an opportunity to post it on the Bethesda Skyrim forum. Again, the thread is not per se about a Skyrim DLC which includes only Arms and Armour, although I think many Skyrim players will probably buy any Skyrim DLC released.
