I'm white as paper and I play a Redguard mainly (at least, i will in my 2nd playthrough) Why? Cuz my favorite weapon style is Sword/Shield and Reguards excel at that.

You seem to think I have a problem with people of any race playing Redguards. That is not the case, this topic is about something entirely different.

Why do you even care about what OTHER PEOPLE choose as a race?

I bet you propably play as a nord, imperial or breton because theyr looks is similar to yourself.

It's a discussion regarding black people falsely believing that Redguards are similar to themselves in any shape or form. This would have been obvious if you had read my original post.

All the races are based off real life and fantasy sources. Elves, orcs, argonians and kajits being fantasy based.

Redguards are heavily based on African/Middle eastern culture. Yes they are not "black", but to say that, how can you argue that TES Nords are white? Imperials are white? If you say Redguards are not black, then Argonians are not lizards. Kajits are not cats, hell, elves are not even elves by your logic,

What bothers me is black players claiming to have any similarities to Redguards.

Well, Nords dont have red cheeks like most germanic people do in real life. That doesnt mean Nords are not based off Norse and Germanic influences.

B ) Calling somebody a troll is an offense on these forums.
