Isabella because she's smoking hot and has such a wonderful mischievous personality. Being with her would be exciting in more ways than one.
Juri because evil chicks are hot.
Heather because she's the only protagonist from a Silent Hill game to be competent, and she had a great F The World attitude. Plus she has that modest Girl Next Door look going for her instead of the unrealistic look most video game girls get. Women that look like actual real women are always hotter.

I would at least stand a chance with Isabella and Juri, because they're into chicks. The jury is out on Heather, but my gaydar says yes.
