I just made a new character like... 5 minutes ago and I'm at the room where the imperial torturer is, and on the table with his back pack is a book called "The Book of the Dragonborn." i decided to read it for once and on the 10th page (not counting publication page) it says "Whether there can be more than one Dragonborn at any time is another mystery. The Emperors have done their best to dismiss this notion, but of course the Imperial succession itself means that there are two or more potential Dragonborn at any time: the current ruler and his or her heirs."
Does this mean that there is another Dragonborn running around out there?
I can remember Todd stressing that you are the only KNOWN Dragonborn, before the games release. And no Ulfric isnt the dragonborn. HE'S A VERY NAUGHTY BOY. Also, my 400th post! I got a shiny new star for some reason too... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLTZctTG6cE
I just think it would be cool to see another dude just randomly walking through the woods... Then a deer goes flying towards the sun with a blue swirling mass chasing it.
Even the Greybeards say something along the line of "weather or not you are the only Dragonborn of this age is unknown to us" so maybe at some point we will see/meet another....then again maybe not. only time will tell

Ulfric Stormcloak killed the emperor with his voice?
After all, we are the LAST dragonborn technically, as we were born after him. So it is possible
I think Ulfric trained for years to be able to use the Thu'um. Being dragonborn just means you can learn it a lot quicker (and rip dragon souls out of their necks)

wow I did not know that, but duh on my part. Especially after the Greybeards ordeal. but that still makes him the only non-Greybeard ingame to use it correct?

Ulfric was sent to train with the Grey beards since the age of 6, and during his studies he managed to master a Thu'um which he used against the High King in 4E 201. What sets a Dragonborn apart from the rest is not the ability to shout (any housewife can do that) but the ability to absorb a Dragon's soul and steal its power. A Dragonborn is born with the soul of a dragon and is thus able to learn and use new shouts effortlessly while everyone else needs long years of dedicated practice.

Ulfric Stormcloak absolutely did not kill the Emperor of Tamriel with the voice. Holy crap did that not happen. He killed Torryg the High King of Skyrim, & he didn't shout him to death. The guards exaggerate. And I doubt it needs a spoiler warning, it's basically one of the very first things you hear, & will continue to hear. Constantly.
Ulfric said he shouted him to the ground and then ran his sword through his chest, but at the same time everyone else who witnessed the event said his body disintegrates when Ulfric shouted at him. Perhaps both are true, Ulfric's shout may have inflicted a mortal wound, but Ulfric delt the final blow with his sword...which really isn't any different from what he said happened, it's only the townspeople and guards elaborated on it.
