I've got the character I want in my head.. but I won't know exactly what stats i'll want until I get the game and see how it works. I'm one of those people who restarts characters about half a dozen times before I can settle into my first play through.

Same for me.

But as soon as there's an Excel file which helps planning out ones character I will spend hours on it creating the perfect one beforehand. I think I spent more than 10 hours planning my current FO3 char :>
