Anyone run into the sixual content yet?

"It's a fine day with you around" is said many females NPCs (even towards female PCs), as is "Don't be a stranger"

Also,
Spoiler
Kematu of the Alik'r is under the impression that Saadia seduces a Male PC into helping her (don't know about female, but it's very possible considering the above)

I don't know if that's an obvious reference I'm missing if not and those were taken into account for rating, I'd hate the ESRB folks to have more control elsewhere. Imagine all the massive "[censored] House" signs over every establishment with a waitress.

If it's anything like the BBFC and MPAA rating system Beth could of just asked for the sixual themes bit to be added to avoid someone with too thin skin and too much free time causing issues later on. They already had an M rating for the violence anyway.

Spoiler
Haelga worships Dibella and sleeps with several other men; there is a misc. quest touching on this. Kematu references a "base desire" as your possible reason for helping Saadia in "In My Time of Need"

I strip down to my underwear whenever I loot anyone down to their underwear, just to have some kind of connection. Then I chuck 'em on a fire. sixy enough for me.

Geez, the fact that something in this game..which is pretty milquetoast in terms of "advlt content" would offend someone is amazing to me.

There are only references in a few quests and some very limited descriptions or references in books, but otherwise, everyone is abstinent.

Or very, very sneaky.

Was it Oblivion that was rerated M due to the mods available on the PC(but the XBOX didn't have it as a problem)?? Thought it was odd that a game have it's rating adjusted based on mods that were only available on one platform.
No. The mod got it re-evaluated, but the reason it was bumped up to "M" was someone actually played the Dark Brotherhood questline the second time around.

There's absolutely nothing sixual about either of those phrases... Some people see weird stuff in the most innocent of things.

The books and Dibella have all the "sixual Themes" needed to get that listed on the ESRB rating.

Lusty Argonian maid series have modern sixual inuendo like polishing spears and...baking ovens. There is also a note in which a woman speaks of the Dibellan arts and sixual prowess, congradulating a guy's skill in bed.

Do Minotaurs have hairy ball sacks like they do in Oblivion? That might be why skyrim is rated M.

Which is nice- and realistic.

heck we have topless and naked statutes all over the place in real life. Go to any stately house or monument in Britain or Europe and they`re everywhere.

I get tired of this kind of prudishness.

It`s death and violence we should be worried about not nudity.
And what "prudishness" are you tired of exactly? Personally I'm fine with the level of nudity in games nowadays, it's not over the top yet it's not too prevalent. I don't know about you but it don't really care for six scenes in games, they tend to be very awkward and misrepresented, at least from personal experience. If you want interactive porm go find some, I believe underwear instead of nudity in Skyrim is perfectly acceptable. Let me guess, you think Americans are sixually repressed hmm? How typical
