Are you going to be just another Pretty Face or stand out as

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 7:17 pm

I’ll be sporting a tight military haircut, sunglasses, and perhaps a beret on those days when I’m feeling especially jaunty (I’ve always been partial to clichéd Hollywood stereotypes).

If you're inclined, please share why you prefer instead to run around with an old coffee sack on your head or choose to cover yourself in clown makeup. I’m fascinated by the imaginative rationalizations of disturbed individuals . . .

Without seeing all of the archetype variations, what i like right now is The Freak's trenchcoat, Spec-Ops mask, and The Look's pants.

I'm going to try to make a Sherlock Holmes type of character for the lulz

Go with trenchcoat, try to find something like a bowler's hat. It's elementary, really.

What I'm going for is subtlety among the Resistance, I'm going to make my character look as much like the Security as I possibly can being on the Resistance. :ninja:

Lookin' to shoot an urban look for my Resistance character, and sport a street cop swag for Security.

Ill take most of The Looks stuff. Small, comfortable, maneuverable clothing.

Not sure on the head, will wing that one, but somehting along the lines of The Looks for clothing.

I'll probably go with the Freak's coat, or the Shield armour, with the Eel mask, the Bomb helmet, or uncovered head and long hair. Beyond that, I'll see when I get the game.

Gaming is in a sad state right now. Just by looking at these forums, it seems like people are more interested in completely irrelevant gimmick features than the actual gameplay itself. Maybe it's a console gamer thing? I think I've heard of it somewhere.. "casual gaming" or something like that :nuke:

I'm hoping that there's a CVAR that disables all this customization nonsense and sets default models for all classes, so I can get highest possible framerates and identify enemies faster.

My dear Aldous, I worry about you. Brink is a game. Games are for fun. WE are having fun. If you don’t like the light hearted tone of this conversation, then GOOD DAY SIR.

By the by, I started this topic because the PSN has been down for days and was looking to be entertained. Lack of multiplayer makes an old man bored . . .
