If only npcs were trained to pick up lost arrows skyrim would be a cleaner place

I was sneaking in a bandit cave and dropped a weapon on accident, the bandit ran up to me and said 'i think you dropped this' then paused for a second before attacking me...i love the wtf moments :)

Happens on the Xbox too. I dropped a gem in Whiterun and a woman picked it up and gave it back to me. I dropped some gear in Riften and a man asked me if I still wanted it and when I said yes he left it alone. I've also dropped things where nothing happened but it does happen.

I once dropped some weapons and the guard gave me a bounty. Silly guard. Not like I wanted to start a huge fight among the townspeople... (People, why don't you want my big, shiny Daedric Bow?)
I also dropped armor and a beggar asked if he could have it. I was like, "sure", and he took it, but didn't even equip it.

I've dropped some good stuff in my Solitude home (mannequins and wall plaques were full lol) and my housecarl comes running down the stairs (I was in the basemant) and asked if this was just junk or if she could have the boots or whatever. I was like sure, consider it yours. But I never saw her take the stuff, and it never appeared in her inventory. o.0

People in Whiterun are too polite lol I dropped something I wanted to be rid off and someone handed it to me and said, "Here you dropped this."

I dropped junk in Dragon Bridge and some woman was yelling at me "Who do you think you are? You can't just drop your junk where ever you please." I actually felt bad and picked it back up hahahahaha
