Where do you obtain the slave scarf?

On slaves. You can find slaves at the Fort and Cottonwood Cove. As far as I know, there's no penalty for killing them, at least at the Cove, anyway. Heck, they said it was a ''good kill''.

I'm pretty sure you can find it elsewhere, but my memory's failing me at the moment.

For combat I wear 51b power armor with Jessie's bandanna, and a pair of sunglasses.

For the strip and what not I wear pre war casual wear with a pre war hat.

I used to wear combat armor mark 2 with the pre war hat but I just recently got power armor training.

Raul wears the combat mark 2 armor with a dt of 20 and the helmet.

I like the look of Merc Adventure outfit with a Desparado hat. The reinforced leather armor look really nice as well, just can not find a hat match it.

My first character spent most of the game in Reinforced Leather, 1st Recon Beret, and Sunglasses. (Started in Merc Charmer, but needed more DT. And then switched from R.Leather to Vault 34 Security Armor, again because I needed more DT.)

New character is playing modded, so I'm still trying to find which armor looks best. Using the http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/images/34985-2-1287776417.jpg at the moment.

I like to wear the Ambassadors suit (RPP'd), Formal Wear or the Daper Gambler Suit when I'm on The Strip.

In Combat, early on I wear Leather/Leather reinforced, and mid to end I wear the Combat Armor MK ll

Primm's Sherif's Office has a duster and hat.

I went there because it said on wiki it was there but when I got there it was just a Brahmin-skin outfit next to the hat.

It might've fallen trough the floor. Items sometimes do that, though usually only when you pick something up near them.

I found one on a Dead Prospector inside the Prospector's Den, you can also find them on slaves at Cottonwood or the Fort as said above, I think Caesar's men will turn hostile if you kill one though, so take them out with a suppressed stealth shot or melee hit.

I found one in a building of Cottonwood cove. Might have been the HQ.

Is the Combat Helmet for the resulting blood spray from the chainsaw? Don't want that in your eyes.
Also, does that make him look like a fighter pilot? The top part I mean.

Waiiit a second. How'd a Deathclaw manage to get on Power Armor? And a helmet? And work a [censored] chainsaw?

Had it custom made, I actually got my right claw replaced by the chainsaw.

Oh and i wear the Dapper Gamblers Hat and my Kings outfit on the Strip. Did i mention having retractable Mr Handy arms surgically implanted onto my forearms? they fold up real compact when retracted.
