Armor/Clothing Combinations : Fallout: New Vegas

So, what is your guys favorite armor combination?
Right now I'm rolling with Reinforced, Leather Armor, Slave Scarf (hooded version) and a Rebreather. I like its look but could use some other combos to mix it up.

Enclave Remnant Power Armor

With either the corresponding helmet or the Ranger hat and authority glasses.
Or I've been wearing NCR Ranger Armor. The one on the cover.

Heh, I used console commands. I'm idolized by the NCR, and I didn't want to screw that up. Its not the best, I just like its aesthetics. That's how I justify it.

Heh, I used console commands. I'm idolized by the NCR, and I didn't want to screw that up. Its not the best, I just like its aesthetics. That's how I justify it.

If you take them out with a suppressed Sniper Rifle while Hidden it will result in no karma or faction reputation loss.

I also sometimes wear NCR Combat Armor, Authority Glasses, and the 1st Recon Beret.

Same, but I wear the bounty hunter outfit. I was wearing the reinforced for heavy fighting but I just switched to the Mk II. Some folks dont like it, and I didnt at first but its really grown me.

The hooded slave scarves with the rebreather are the coolest headgear in the game says I.

Where do you get the Bounty Hunter outfit without killing someone? That was my favorite clothing Fallout 3, that in conjunction with the Winterized Combat Helmet was beast. Which reminds me, we need some balaclavas(sp?) in New Vegas, or at least a face wrap.

For frontal assaults the Reinforced Combat Armor Mk2 is used. If 35 total DT doesn't save me 40 won't do much better.

The beautiful lightweight metal armor and the 1st recon beret. It's not the best, but i definately want to get the best of my pre order. Im using it on my speed run characters for trophies. On my main i use remnants power armor and helmet.

What I love about the rebreather is you don't just have to wear it when you go diving. It just looks good. It's a fashion statement!

I go around in a merc outfit (I forget what it's called, the leather jacket worn over a white tshirt) and a NCR berret because it's one of the few hats in the game that doesn't give a stat or skill boost (a personal peeve).

But I carry around some combat armour when I go into a serious fight. I don't wear that while running around because it slows you down too much. I have the Travel Light perk and love it!

Yep, and it has a DT of 3 which is pretty good for that little thing.

Advanced Power Armour, Authority Shades, and sometimes the Rebreather (if I'm not wearing shades). Pretty basic, but I love my APA.

If I'm just cruising the Strip or a town, I'll wear either Benny's Suit or one of the pre-war business outfits. With shades, of course.

I'm thinking with starting my 3rd character with the look of a cowboy ranger.

Merc Veteran outfit if it has the hood and mask, Merc Cruiser outfit if it doesn't. Also the ones i use. In Fallout 3 i used the Wasteland Legend outfit that was pretty similar to those two, but i haven't seen one yet, don't know if it even exists.

Publically she's all business, Merc Cruiser outfit with sunglasses and Maria (yes, i consider it a part of the outfit). CSA in combat, even if it svcks. She won't be caught wearing a Power Armor underwear!

I killed someone.

On a mission for the Kings, no bad karma or rep loss. There's another on the ghoul merc at the Old Mormon place.

I found a sheriffs duster too, but it was so early in the game, I’m not really sure where I was. Somewhere between where you start and Primm.
