Oh, I HOPE that works for you! *crosses body parts....*

Lol me to. It's fine so far *touch wood*. Curses!! I'm doing this quest where I have to pickpocket a circlet from an inn keeper...and they caught me. I found some pickpocketing potions...I'll try them. =p Or maybe if that doesn't work I'll try when they're asleep. Yes!! I took the only 2 potions I had, and grabbed it from his pocket as he stood behind the counter. XD

We would fail then get thrown in jail. - No rhyme intended. =P Lockpicking Skill trainer says this when you ask her to train you : " Fine, but don't blame me if you get arrested." LMAO I love it!

Yep, if you pick up the musical instruments prior to getting the quests, you'll either have to reload a save before you've got them, or wait for a fix. And also yep, even if you do the quests in the "right" order, you will still have the items in inventory until a fix.

LOL reload... I don't even remember when or where I picked up Finn's Lute or the silly flute. Fine, I guess I just run around with those stuck in my inventory.
I also can't talk to Pantea again, there is no dialogue option. So, she'll just have to live without her flute LOL At least those little quests are not game breaking to me, they are just small annoyances. :)

I did all the bards quests - no problem talking or getting quests or completin rewards BUT I still have the drum, flute, etc on me. Not big deal but minor bug.

This is my problem and I could really use the weight being out of my inventory. I'm assuming the 6 lbs from the Flute and Lute are still counted in my carrying capacity. I'm sorry I don't know the answer for you, OP.

As far as I know, although quest items have a displayed weight, they do not add to your carried weight. I read that somewhere but can't remember where.

What if I get a follower to pick up the items and hold onto them for me? When the patch comes out, I should be able to get the quests and then grab the items from him, right?

Potions are awesome when you need them!

I beat the Main Story Questline a little while ago. AMAZING 8D I got the Windhelm House on my 2nd file now. Due to brokeness, I'll never get it in my 1st file, but oh well. I'm happy I have it here, and I did the quest for my 3rd file. But now i'm poor...and must save up more gold. Back to chopping firewood. =P
