A better face creator ? : Fallout: New Vegas

The technology exists, there is now no excuse for Bethesda not to rip that off

You may find that helpful, but I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say if it will work or whether the free demo version of FaceGen is of any use here...

If the GECK randomly crashes for you as you try to work on a face, open up GECKCustom.ini and set bEnableAudio=0

I second Agramon's request (it's even better than APB's character creator) but I hope they'll use better textures than the one showed in the video. Actually wait, the body base models and textures will be among the first things to get modded so it doesn't really matter XD Just rip off that character creator.
