Big Mods?

Will there be a graphics overhaul on the level of Morrowind's?

Not for many many years.

Oblivion doesnt even have the sort of graphics enhancements Morroiwnd has....best you'll get for now are hi-res textures for quite a while.

the CK is not limited, it has a few bugs that will get patched soon enough so just ignore that side of the story .
That's not exactly easy to do, when there are almost 70 bugs we've found so far, including 5 absolutely game-crippling critical bugs.

At least one of the game-crippling .esp-related bugs will be going away

Game crippling bugs? Is this CK the weakest of them all?
I would still say it is by far the most powerful toolset BGS has ever made, it just has it's share of inconveniences... Out of the 5 super bad bugs, I personally think they will fix most if not all of them.

Several big mods are in the planning and some in post planning stage. Merp and Mesogea have heightmaps in the game that its possible to walk around, or ride around within reason (I say that because currently the CK and game has a major bug that wont allow any NPC to go east or west beyond 64 cells without becoming useless and bugged. Once that is addressed I guess its only a matter of time before you can at least wander around some astoundingly huge worlds. It will be many months though before they hit the point of decent play. Best thing is to join one of the projects.
