Does AnyOne Know Where I can buy bobby Pins or find alot? I ran out please help

honestly, how do you run out, I still got 40, only broke three
I don't think that you can find then with any merchants, but check the ones that sell junk they may have 1 or 2
also just start exploring the wasteland and search everything, you will find some

Just back out of your lock pick attempts after two or at most three gentle tweaks. I have about 60 and haven't broken a single one. Look for them inside every single mailbox (especially outside ruined houses) and inside first aid boxes and tool cabinets.

Stores. Start at Freeside and start going down the road to all the people selling stuff.

And make sure you back out of doing a lock pick after 2 or 3 attempts. After that they will break. I only allow myself to break a pin if its a really hard lock.

Im trying to find a place its surround by fence looks like a bomb shelter there a door in it need 75 or plus lock pick,cant remember what its called

I find most of mine as random loot in Metal Boxes and Toolboxes. Sometimes Merchants have them. Most merchants are supposed to restock every 72 hours, but that may vary in places.

However, the advice about backing out of a lock before you break it and trying again makes them last the longest. If you keep grinding them while picking, it can break, but if you back out, it is like the lockpick resets itself again. So, try two or three times, no luck, exit out, then try again.

Novac Dino Bite Gift Shop on a shelf left of the entrance. (You have to steal them)

Travel to Novac and go inside the Dino Bite gift shop, just as you enter the door look to your left, there should be 5 Bobby Pins on a shelf. You can also find another 4 Bobby Pins behind the counter.

Not really. They're just kinda...there. A lot of ghouls carry them, but otherwise, just explore and look in every container you come across. Toolboxes, mailboxes, dumpsters, metal boxes, suitcases, etc.

Also, if you're breaking a lot, back out of a lockpick attempt after a couple failed attempts. Also, go slowly.

There's like 10 of them in the gift shop in Novac (the giant Dinosaur shop). You have to steal them, there's some on the shelf right by the entrance, and some behind the counter.

The shop in Novac in the T-Rex has some behind the counter and on the self to the left of the enterance.

this is funny, i haven't broke one bobbypin and i've been playing the game since the day it came out, this is gonna set you up, you should be able to play the entire game with one bobbypin, this is exactly what you do, first of all don't move the bobbpin once you start moving the lock with the screwdriver, also after the first two attempts if the lock is not open, back out and retry, you need to stick to this if you don't want to break bobbypins, so two tries then back out, only try the 3rd time if you made a save first and thats another tip, always make a save on hard or very hard locks, easy locks just back out after the first two attempts and you won't break any, but for the really hard locks i will make a save, if you follow these tips you will never break a bobbypin, the only time i break a bobbypin, which hasn't happened on new vegas yet, is if i don't follow my own advice.

To be honest... how the hell do you run out of bobby pins? In my entire time playing the game (getting close to 80 hours) I broke like...3 and those were on the lock holding the

rare weapon. Slow down on the bobby pins. If you mess up 2-3 times and you see the bobby pin about to break just stop, get out of the window, and try again.

He also has them behind the counter too.

Vault 3 have a crap load of them in one of my visit.

Look on the floors next to any locked doors. There are usually 3-8 bobby pins next to each one.

Ironically I found most of my bobby pins inside of locked safes. . .guess that won't help.

Check wardrobes and dressers - they're in those often.

They are everywhere. I think there are some in the Goodsprings school, and there are some in random First Aid Kits, but really.. they're all over the place. Last game I had like 150 of them by the end.

Vault 3 has tons of them laying on the floor next to locked doors. Seems the Fiends aren't to good at picking locks lol There are at least 15 to 20

how do you break them ive only lost 2 or 3 because the where very hard locks
