So you played the game to death for two weeks since the release and now you're bored. Makes sense to me.

You've played a game that's been out a couple of weeks 5 times ? No wonder you're bored of it. You're either power gaming or playing an unhealthy amount of video games.

Oh and some fun things you can do if you are bored.

1. Find all snowglobes.

2. Find all unique weapons.

3. Kill all Legendary Creatures

I got warned after a benign comment due to the LAUGHING ICON I put in the post (not my actual words). I was told in not so many words that I better not be laughing at someone's opinion and that my comment was "not funny".

BTW wrong on both counts. It was funny. Which was actually the reason I added the icon, to celebrate/bask in my funny awesomeness.

By far the most thin skinned moment I've seen on any forum of any genre (sports etc).

You are bored because you played Fallout New Vegas too much... Im 65 hours into the game and i just now beat it overbordom (i have a few areas to explore still so ill just do a reload and explore them). If you are already 1 1/2 playthtrough then i can assume you have played twice as much as me... Hense why you are bored.... Any game if you play it for too long for to many days you will get bored quickly.. Thats why its best to play a game like this for at the most 3-4 hours a day... Otherwise if you play for like 6-7 hours or more you will get bored quickly, its easy to do the math on this too..

Its been out for like what 12-13 days now ? If i have played around 65 hours thats like 4 1/2 hours a day that i have played average anyway.. (there have been days i never played and days i played longer) However i noticed some people talkin about playing 80-90 hours or more... If thats true they have played for over 7 almost 8 hours each day, and that too me means they played this game wayy to much and will bored very quickly after that. They think wow.. i got bored fast lol in reality it was only fast too you because you played too much each day.


I think another reason why someone mentioned already, if you play with companions i noticed the fun level goes down alot... Everything in the game attacks them and not you.. hardly ever and i spend more time and reloads because of my stupid companion then me lol.. I thought about doing my 2nd playthrough by picking more then 6 strength like i did before that way i can carry more.. I use beer and buffout alot sure, but with only 6 strength early on even with the perk to carry more, i found i depended on my companion mainly just to carry crap..

I havent completed the game either simply because i keep starting over with gameplay tweaks and mods.

But i can seriously suggest either the Hardercore mod or Arwens realism Tweaks.
if you can get both to work with eachother 100%, let me know because that would be optimal. but for now, either one alone is a major game improvement.

I was unmotivated pretty early in the game, but now I've headed off to finish off a few of the side quests, and do some exploring...and I've realised I've only got a few of the special items/weapons, so I've got a fair bit to go yet.

I'm level 19, put in about 3 hours/day on the game and playing it differently as to how I'd play F3.

I'm of the view that the wastes in F3 were a lot deadlier, although that could be simply because I've got a truckload of experience from that and can basically detect and kill a lot earlier in FNV.

Closest I've come to a real surprise mauling was stepping through a doorway and hearing that sudden 'twang'..followed by three seconds of waiting then 'bang'....reminded me that I'm not invulnerable.

ya idk if its jus me and op but like seriously i had fallout 3 on my xbox and i played that game soooo much idk how but like the game got scratched...idk if it was from playing so much...if thats possible lol
but im already bored wit this fallout...and i havnt even played it that much at all...30-40 hours tops
wen fallout 3 had 250-300+ easily
