Can U create a good looking female elf?

I'm on the XBOX 360 and I'm trying to create something similar to Elara from Hunted the Demons Forge. Is this even possible without mods? Most of the Elves I see look more like trees than they do like Elara?

edit: and an implausibly slender waist

No, you can't really make those kind of elves. Completely different elf concept at it's core, really. That said, I think TES Elves have their own charm.

I would say a Bosmer (Wood Elf), more or less, looks a standard fantasy elf, except you won't be getting those pale skin tones. I think this is one of the coolest looking character models, but they have a more tribal look.

I get the feeling that Skyrim has accidentally created a lot of elf hate. Never saw this before.

You weren't around here for http://uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Fargoth were you? I think he was more hated then the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Adoring_Fan.

Especially sad when you consider that Fargoth was actually really nice :(

I wasn't around here, but I do remember Fargoth.. lol

Adoring Fan definitely deserves the hate.

Mods are necessary to create an elf a normal human would consider attractive - unless you just have natural talent for character creation.

My female Altmer I consider successful, though of course I use one cosmetics mod. It smooths the textures but does nothing else though.

Of course the removal of the mod causes unexpected results on the character. I would need to use ShowRaceMenu to reprocess the character but I didn't bother now.

I think the Dark Elfs in Skyrim were made really ugly. I've made some good lookin chars in others games, even my Drak Elf in Oblivion wasen't bad but this one looks really evil !!

I can't really tell any difference... with or without the mod. Good job on the character though.

No he wasn't. I'll never forget him saying to my first Morrowind character, "I think you and I are going to become very close,"--and then turning on her in the nastiest way when she made a friendly response. Sadly, the game gave me no opportunity to say, "I didn't really like you anyway, you jerk."

10 years later and I'm still disinclined to forgive Fargoth.

Also, I consider the unmodded (I think) Oblivion elf I use as my avatar reasonably attractive. Personal taste, I know, and she was intended to be more bluestocking than glam, but I still like her, although I might tweak her nose a bit next time I revisit my save. I like my Skyrim altmer, too, although, I did use a low-make-up version of Coverwomen (hate the name, love the mod!) in creating her.

I think my Bosmer character Riiakhan is pretty good looking: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/648745380479626557/7177DF4CA1A03583839D9B15BF3492DEBFEE0F71/

(When I create characters I don't put on "sixy" stuff, never, I use what makes sense for the character and the setting he/she's in. And I also don't like creating dumb beautiful characters. (Characters that are just damn sixy, I want defects on them, it's realistic.)

Like I said, I want their appearance to fit their character.
Riiakhan was a hunter of men, she was a savage, I couldn't imagine her hair any other way than tribal. :)

A good looking female elf? That's like asking for a glass of warm ice water....It just doesn't make sense.

I like to make all of my femchars as sixy as possible. No dirt, no scars and no clot...um, min armor. Realism? Naah...It's a fantasy world.

Red Sonja FTW. All hail the Chain Mail Bikini Queen!

Si, I'll have to wait for the right mods to come out and for my anger towards Skyrim to tone down and then redesign her to look a bit more tribal/savage.
