Can someone give me a definition of "exclusive"?

I know what you mean about the Caesar. It's the exact same weapon but it just feels different, better.

Oh, how surprising.

Looks like the exclusive Fallout: New Vegas DLC isn't so exclusive either now. Getting better every day.
They should stop using the word exclusive because they don't seem to know what it means (and no, I don't own any of the New Vegas pre-order DLCs)...

As the days pass…the realization of how they play consumers for svckers grows. In good faith and appeal… they should also give away free lollypops…

I wish they'd given us a one time tattoo reset with this DLC. One: I'd love to have the Spec Ops tattoo on my fat medic. Two: The constant flash on appearance on my characters with tats is gonna get REALLY annoying lol.

I wish I wouldn't have put a tattoo on my main, as he's the only fully-leveled one. Wish you could reset everything on your character at the cost of 2 levels (build, voice, tattoo, etc.).

Same for my main. I like my tattoos on him, but I like the Spec Ops one better. I like the idea of a full customization reset for 2 levels. I'm fine with his face and voice, but for tats I like it. Plus it'd be nice on my soldier since I gave him the wrong voice...<.< +1 to you good sir.

Wow, you people are really [censored]ing about this?

I thought it was the norm for developers to release pre-order bonuses as essentially early access to later-released material. I've had my Sloani, Greeneye, Hockler and Dog Tag tattoos since release (well, nearly, PS Store was down) and I'm perfectly happy with having had access to them before most other people. I couldn't give less of a [censored] that everybody has access to them now (except they have to pay extra) - in fact, I'm glad, because the Greeneye is blatantly better than the COGA and it seems unfair to only give a select few such an advantage.

But I'm also glad because I was so pissed that it's pretty much impossible to get more than one in my country. In the UK you could get the special edition for two, and in the US people just bought whatever code they wanted off eBay. And I really loved the look of Psycho (I just liked SpecOps more), I love Fallout to pieces, and the re-skinned Bulpdauns are perfect since it's one of my favourite weapons.

Thank you

I actually thought everyone would be stoked also, being able to get all the pre order content, plus in all honesty none of its that special at all

It IS the norm for companies to do this. EA does it all the time with it's pre-order content. Remember the pre-order bonus for BC2, Squad Rush? They made it available for all to purchase mere months after it was released. Did anyone complain about that? No. THQ does it with their Smackdown Vs. Raw/WWE series of games. This year, the pre order bonus is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as he looks now, with the bald hair and the Samoan tattoos. But they've stated right out of the gate that in a few months he'll be available for purchase for those who don't pre order. To all of your crying foul about the pre order Brink content now being for purchase...in the most impartial and non-threatening way I can say it...svck IT UP AND DEAL. You got one of them for free. Now you can get the other sets for 2 bucks. And you know you're going to get the other sets, so your complaints are as mute as deaf person in a vacuum chamber.
