Can a warrior have fun with the thieves guild?

I am playing a warrior class char and I had lots of fun with the thieves guild. :biggrin:

I believe it is possible to do everything with a "thug" type of behavior. I do wish it were possible to bust down doors though.

Brynjolf actually strikes me as more of that thug/extortionist than a pickpocket or infiltrator.

Most of thieves guild's quests have nothing to do with thieving or sneaking.

Forget anything about thieves guild in Oblivion.
Thieves guild quests in Skyrim are just a series of side quests centered around a theme called "thieves guild" with nothing to do with thieving.
There are only like one or two quests similar to those Oblivion thieves guild quests.

Not for me. It's just not a good fit. I did Thieves guild on my Thief/ assassin type character and my stealthy Illusion/Conjuration Mage. Not that you can't do it but I don't think a heavy armor wearing warrior has a place among stealthy thief types.
