if you're already playing on the highest difficulty there's not much you can do, i say enjoy it and kick some A**! with the character you put all that time into.

By time I get my skill to 100 and put in 100+ hours I feel I should be overpowered. I am the dragonborn after all.

What am I supposed to do now?
Start a new game. Play at beginning on master, http://skyrim.rpg-mods.com/mods-downloads/viewdownload/8-gameplay-change-mods/89-health-regeneration-permanently-disabling. Then you wont be able to cheat skill up your character so fast, the game will be more fun. Its easy to start with a lower difficult, skill up, get good items and then put to master and say "hej Im playing on master, im the king" pf

Except, getting a skill to 100 does not take 100+ hours it takes only a few. When you say overpowered, I question that also. Powerful, yes, overpowered? No...Unless I truly exploit or cheat, I should not be able to kill Dragon Priests and Bosses in 1 hit, much less an Elder Dragon.

This is one of those thing I'll never understand.

It's the same thing with most mmo's. People rush and rush to whatever goal they aim for and then complain that they reached it? Come on.
Why don't you try something new? Try levelling your other skills. Try different armours, play with a shield, magic, one/two handed. Run around naked screaming "I am a dragoooon"!

This is one of those games where YOU get to decide what to do. If you think that's boring move along to another game.

Interesting. So what you're saying is: Do not bother trying to do everything this game has to offer, because your char will become too good, and just throw away the hundreds of game hours to start a new character, and have the same thing happen on that one. Got it.
Your making this harding on yourself then it has to be haha

Actually, I've found that the less skills you use, the more powerful you are. Because, since you focus so tightly on just a few of them, they gain power quickly (and get more perks in them).

Yeah - I've been messing about with one handed+all the magic schools+light armour+sneak+a bit of archery+occasional use of shield and by using a variety of skills in combat no single one levels up that fast and it's difficult deciding what perks to pick and there's always plenty of them you actually want. And by choosing only one of smithing/alchemy/enchanting (usually ignoring enchanting) to use I'm finding it doesn't feel like self gimping by just ignoring something. I'm finding it more fun as my character isn't overpowered, just competent in lots of abilities and I'm having fun not just using the same combat style over and over again.
