Falkreath, no question about it.

For my favorite city, it might be Whiterun, just because of the nostalgic feeling to it. I remember playing Skyrim that first time and following the road from Riverwood around the mountain and seeing Whiterun off in the distance surrounded by little farms...It was awesome. And I really just love the feel to it.

Just like me ,it was realy awesome.

Actually every city in Morrowind or Oblivion that is bigger than those in Skyrim... which means most of them.

Falkreath, hands down. It's such a chill place and i just feel right at home there.

Best in Oblivion - Skingrad
Best in Skyrim - Markarth (just for the dwemer)

Windhelm. It has that old stone fortress look about it. I like the Candle Hearth Inn also. Each section is different, and the people are pretty cool.

Markarth for the looks, solitude for the people, whiterun for the jarl
