Clearly it's not unplayable for everyone. And you have to insult me to try and have a constructive argument.

Okay, let's fight fire with fire. You sir, are an utter crying tw**t who needs to get off these forums and go back to a game that has no glitches. Oh wait, there aren't any.

if you fight fire with fire you only get burned. usually by a mod
just an observation from past experiences.

Someone get the baby a bottle. Why join a forum for the purpose of crying?

Are you that stupid? If somebody is having troubles with a game they paid for, they should come here and do something about it. Sorry that some people don't cater to your idea of a forum, which is to sing to Bethesda's praise. I bet you anything if you encountered the errors that many people have had, you'd be hopping off the " he dissed skyrim, therefore he's wrong and a noob LOL" bandwagon.

The amount of brokeness is astonishing. They wanted the game shipped out on 11/11/11 because it's a shiny looking date. While most people only encounter a few errors, the amount of possible errors is horrendous. People have accepted that you don't need QA anymore, you can just send patches. The engine Beth has been using has been used for many, many years. There is no excuse that several issues can still remain. In the older days, you had to make sure the game was ready day one, because there were no patches. Once a game is broken, it's broke. This is a SINGLE player game, meaning you should be able to buy Skyrim, go off to a remote cottage and play it. Too many times, friends of mine have boughten these games and have been exposed to a broken game. Sure, mine works fine. Why? Because I have an internet connection. Lots of folks don't. You still hear on the news about townships making deals to get internet.

Or there's really no feasible way to check every possible interaction flaw with the different generations of consoles and the hundreds of possible hardware combinations of PC's.

I find this post even more amusing considering your avatar. Rage against Bethesda for broken, bugged games and you're sporting Call of Duty, which is known for releasing all sorts of buggy content. Thanks for the laugh :D

... I mean, considering Bethesda paid the bribe money to buy a bunch of in Game of the Year awards and millions of players have been throwing controllers at the wall in frustration because it's broken beyond playability, there's absolutely no grounds for absurd nonsense like "this broken piece of garbage". You might just as well propose that a bar of solid gold is worthless maybe companies should have enough respect for customers to ship a working product.

Fixed that for you.

Call of Duty? Buggy? Pfft. You obviously don't dwell outside TES much. It's errors lie in poor decisions on the developer, not because the engine is horrid or they coded improperly. I know, you can't check everything, but I'm saying the AMOUNT of errors is way too high.

He's a tool. What's the point joining the forum when you've already taken the game back? He took the time to join, and diss the game that he already took back. I stand by what I said. And no I'm not stupid.

Yeah, like post bug reports, look for fixes and talk about what they like or don't like. Not call the mods a bunch of inappropriate things and insult everyone who disagrees with him. Thaty's just trying to get a reaction from the community to get attention. You can tell because no matter the fact that there are tens of thousands who may have some bugs but the game is still playable the OP's reaction is "QFT THE GAME IS BROKEN!"

"Little things wrong with the game"

Right... like the FIRST QUEST glitching out with an impossible to unlock door (and yes, I went to the internet to look up bugfixes and NO, they did not fix it).

Or like 20 hours in having the game slow down to maybe 3 fps.

Or having every third storyline quest glitch out to uncompletable status.

Or having an inventory where stuff gets stuck in it so out of 300 pounds capacity, 140 is crap that can't be dropped.

Or having to PRAY every time a load screen comes up that the game's going to load into the next area without the floor missing.

UN. PLAY. ABLE.

No, it's BROKEN AND UNPLAYABLE.

I have over 140 hours into it. I'm not sure how I managed that since it's unplayable...

"Little things"? Obviously you've never encounted data corruption, quests becoming forever uncompleteable, or an assortment of other game shattering errors. I'm glad you are enjoying your bug free Skyrim. Not everyone else is. Nice to know that the people who suffer are labelled idiots. This old mentality goes back ages. The people who are born into wealth and opportunity ridicule the poor for criticizing them.

If you have 140 pounds of stuff that can't be removed. I dread to think what you've picked up.

I've never heard the first quest glitching.

And the floor is never missing.

You don't own the game anymore, so sod off back to COD and stop pissing off everyone here.

Not that I dissagree with you, forums are for free (to an extent of the rules) speech. But I think most people are taking issue to which the tone he uses. That being what he says is fact and is true for everyone and everywhere. Where as for me, I can confirm as of yesterday when I went to get my girlfriend Assassins creed for xmas, there were no copies of Skyrim preowned in either of the 3 city centre game stores. She already has Skyrim, but while I was there checking for a preowned copy of AC:R, though I would check on Skyrim out of interest.

And what more, I have faced only a few minor bugs in all my 150+ hours play time. So as where the forum is free for him to express his opinion, it is also free for me to counter with mine.

So I went last night. Got there at 6:15, turned in my copy of Skyrim, got what little money I could back for this broken piece of garbage game.

Checked in with the manager, who's a friend of mine. They are getting this game back by the DROVES. 78 copies Xbox as of 6pm today, over 160 now of PS3.

There you have it. His isn't the only store in the area with this kind of backstock of used copies - his fellow managers at other stores are seeing the same thing.

Oh, but you didn't hear it here, because the forum "moderators" are a bunch of corrupt, rude coverup artists who undoubtedly will lock and delete threads to make it "go away."

Maybe if Bethesda had even a LITTLE respect for their customers, they wouldn't be in this mess. I won't be buying another Bethesda product again, ever. Their name on it = instant rejection.
Cool story, bro. Shoot me a PM when you come back here for Fallout 4 or TES6's release. I'd love to catch up.

I most certainly have encountered bugs in this game. I have multiple quests that i can no longer ever complete, ive got stacks full of [censored] Talos amuelts i cannot be rid of. There are 1 or 9 louis letrush's hanging outside my whiterun stables. Dont assume im playing a bug free skyrim, because thats impossible, but to whine and moan about it and then go to sell the game is completely moronic. Ive had hours of fun, enjoymend and immersion, when i fall through the floor as a werewolf i laugh and reload, i have tons of uniqe items and weapons and armour and i have not even scratched the surface of the game. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages. So go whine elsewhere im enjoying a Bethesda game, this means bugs and glitches, but it also means the best time video game wise you will ever have of your life. Hallelujah.
