Those spore carriers. They not only hide and come out of nowhere but they seem even more hideous than a ghoul. Gave me a heartattack when I was minding my business.

All of the giant insects creep me the hell out. The smaller versions I can take but when I see a huge one I try to kill it from very far away. Even when they're dead they creep me out! I hate walking over a corps of one,gives me the chills.

yeah man im in the same boat i hate the bloody cazador. The amount of times i have died cause of them is probably about 10 or more lol

those rodents of unnatural size gave me pretty hard time when i met them at lvl 5. hated their nasty jump attacks

Battle Cattle: Every time you encounter them you notice something even grosser about them.

If they did the "feral ghoul" growl they would be the worst enemy in the game.

Id say the feral ghouls or a centaur.

Scariest? No. Creepiest? Yes.
