Feral Ghouls are pretty creepy. If your sneaky & sit and watch them, they do some weird stuff.

Not finding anything creepy as such tbh. Allthough the rattling sound of the Nightstalkers can get to me sometimes.

Apart from all the obvious answers, I found the Spore Carriers to be pretty cool/creepy.

Yeah! me too, until I got Ed-E for a companion, now, not so much, because I can target them in VATS before they see me...wooohoo!:)

I'm not a fan of insects so the Cazadors are the worst for me. I hate the way they flutter up right in your face as soon as they see you, argh. And I hate (in that it's well done) the animations when they crawl on the ground when you cripple their wings. So disgusting.

The noises that feral ghouls make just creep me out when I'm playing late at night, sounds like there's one in the room with me (besides my husband after he's done a double shift at work!)

Nightkin, I never see them until they are right in my face shouting at me. Also Feral Ghouls, but they aren't as frightening.

thos cazadors really bug the hell out of me but never creepy ya I had some moments on whoa! wtf was that
and the speed of thos mutant flys faster then a deathclaw or the same speed really weird aha
but seriously i still havnt found anything thats creepy to me that much buuuut ill still find it =/

Legendary cazador. I had ED-E and Boone with me in that cavern and played a sniper type, I normally know my enemies are there ages ahead, I was wondering through thinking all was clear when I hear a loud fluttering and then suddenly a dozen or so pour out of this frickin wall, I fall back fast, boone is at the entrance to the cavern firing away and I backpedal into another wall and more fluttering. I was terrified, a fairly low level character (12ish I think) and I was so afraid, it was my first legendary and when I came out of that cave I despised cazadors, I missed a couple of areas for ages because there were cazadors guarding them.
