Sorry to bump an old, old topic (almost 2 years, I think) but whatever happened to this? I checked out Secret Three's site and it was updated in November this year, so he's obviously still going. Having looked at the eBay pages, I see that the first set went for about $400, the second for about $700 and the third for only $280. Since he mentioned he needed at least $900 per set to cover the costs, it seems likely he ditched the idea and did something that didn't burn a hole in his pocket. Oh well, I couldn't afford them anyway.

I'm the guy who bought the first set. I haven't spoken to him in awhile but at the last time I checked in on his site, he was making them on a set-by-set basis for people who requested them. (I think.) Not sure about prices, though. But let me give a wholehearted endoresemant for the pieces if you're thinking about getting one. This is the best chess set I've ever seen.
