Probably so people would be honest.
If you say it's US only, people will lie and say they're in the US.

Hehe no:) The funny thing is many of the people that joined the forums in June got selected...According to those posting here saying they got it
As far as I can see, 15 of ~40 (slowly growing) beta users joined in June. I don't know how many beta users there will be, but I'm guessing not many.

Yeah. Also, it's much easier to handle national NDAs than international ones. Much less legal mess.

That was me and it appears to be true. Gstaff wouldn't answer and US only people appear to have got in.

Who knows! maybe they will be generous tomorrow and "accidentally" pick a few more than they said they would. I'm not looking for brownie points here, but I would test for bugs. But if i dont get a key tomorrow, so be it, i just hope someone more worthy than i gets such an awesome gift.
I think a majority of the people would actually do what they're supposed too. It's just that you only know who's not :/

I'm really not fussed that i haven't got in. I was expecting to feel slightly disappointed, but truthfully i feel exactly the same as i did before i even knew about the beta.

Anyone want to take a guess on when the first person tries to post a spoiler on the forums? My bet is with Thursday.
Even though I know whats coming i still click those spoiler things...

I still see no proof of it being US only.

What a waste of time looking at an Inbox all day to find *Duh duh duh* No TES Email! Because I am the rest of the world, and 'Merica [censored] yeah comin' to get all the codes yeah.

But waddya expect, all the goodies are from there. So yeah, great for the winners I hope you can make the DLC as playable as possible for the buyers.

I'm game for 30. This was fun. Even though I didn't make it into the beta joining this forum was great.
This. I'll probably stick around. As you do.

GStaff said the applicants chosen were mainly old members. I assume the ones who hardly posted must've come across as worthy some way or another, and I highly doubt they picked anyone who tried to svck up to Bethesda to get in.
Loads of newbies got picked. They said they weren't basing it on the forums.

when 1.6 came to xbox i thought it would keep my mind off of dawnguard for a couple of days. It took about 3 hours of my horses dying adn me having to go buy another one for 1000 gold before i got tired of it. someone like me with 280 hours into skyrim should have been accepted into the beta, while those who delved around 20 hours into skyrim before going back to cod should not have a chance to get into the beta. maybe i would have been accepted if i would have lied and said i played as a vampire in the beta sign-up.

Haha,Shut up x)
You think bethesda are greedy? You havent noticed all the free stuff we have been getting in updates? and now the beta?
Nah I don't think they're greedy, i'm just annoyed as I said in my post above, that magic wasn't added to mounted combat.

How long will the beta test last?
Most likely until release (if all goes well with the beta) on June 26th. Beta testers get access to the entire DLC, this includes story, perks, achievements, etc.

If it's true it's pretty damn annoying, more so than if they just told us it was US only. Oh well, not like I won't buy the DLC regardless.

How do we know its US only, I mean when they gave us the option to say International and made us fill-in an application for it. Its pretty misleading and unfair.
