I haven't seen a tweet for either Bethesda or Pete saying invites are 100% sent out, they said they were sending the remaining ones soon. Also, I believe Pete Hines also said country is irrelevant so us polar bear riders and you tea drinkers should be equally as eligible as them Yanks.

They won't though, and you are a new user yourself.
Apparantly they're going to do this for each DLC now.

Maybe they should only announce it on the forums then only we would know, and hordes of people watching Todds interviews wouldn't know about it
